1	How did you cure or treat your attachment style? Eventually I became so crippled by not only carrying my own issues, but hers as well. My hyper-vigilence became fuel to anticipate her every move and possible accusation, so that when the fall inevitably happened, I was not there (eventually learning to just eventually mentally check out around them, which later became Complex PTSD, severe dissociative disorder, and DPDR). 1	How did you cure or treat your attachment style? The most impactful start for me personally was to really study, inquire, assess, and utilize the dichotomy/locus of control and separate myself from my religious indoctrination that taught me I had no agency and everything I did was God's will, not mine. I was merely His brainless vessel and it showed. Now obviously this isn't true, but when it's taught like that, you believe it until you get new information that counters it in a way that makes it irrefutable/inarguable.
