Yes. Never let anyone tell you having a significant other is something that isn’t worth the hassle.

It’s a good thing to get on the same wavelength with your SO. Something I’ve noticed (online at least) is how quick people are to call out “pick mes” when there’s a video of girl trying to get other girls to understand guys. Like basically shitting on these girls for figuring out dudes aren’t that complicated and meeting them in the middle. For example, one video of girl making a video about how her dude isn’t picking up on the hints she’s dropping that she wants to be intimate and then it cuts …

Not single either, but fascinated with this phenomenon/subreddit/debate or whatever. Sometimes I feel like “it can’t be that bad,” and other times I feel like I’m on the last chopper out of Saigon. I’m married and have been with my wife 9 years and we met in school, so we never had to suffer through what these folks do. Part of me thinks it’s because of people growing up on social media.

Idk, I’m pretty happy, but this sub is fascinating. I feel like I just got on the last chopper out of Saigon and I’m looking down at the chaos.

I can’t imagine the nihilism and loneliness that comes with the world view. Holy hell.

There’s so much more than that in a relationship.

1/3 of men in the US are overweight. So just by not eating like shit and working out a few days a week, you’re already ahead of the curve.

Yeah, that was kinda weird. Not the case in my time as a welder. Just had no time for anything besides work and sleep.

It’s not. I was a welder. It’s a shit life that drove my fiancé and I mad. Worked 6 days a week. I literally had 1 Saturday off a month. Not all jobs were like this, but I got sick of it quick.

Yeah, I was a welder. There is a 0% chance a barista could overlap with that lol

Man, it really bums me out that people think this. Not knowing what love feels like and the labeling “all of x gender doesn’t love” must be an insane feeling

Do you think religious people don’t have sex or something lol

I’d imagine most men have been priced out of being a “traditional man.” I’m sure tons of dudes here would be happy to purchase a nice house and take care of someone forever, but that’s nearly impossible for like 90% of young men with the cost of housing alone. I’m not in the position a lot of people are in here. I’m engaged and own a house, but certainly wouldn’t be able to maintain this lifestyle without my fiancé and I being a team. Could she quit her job tomorrow? Yeah, but we’d be living off…

I’m also a libertarian but maintained it from being poor to finically stable. I’m also soon to be married and still stay firm in my beliefs that the state is not your friend and if the citizens or a country are unwilling to fund something with either their time or money then it’s completely unnecessary. More of it for me is anti war. I don’t agree with a social programs, but I’d sooner see my money spent helping people in need than killing people in Russia, Africa or the Middle East. The only ti…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
