1	How do you guys deal with the depression of being an older virgin? Once I did the exercises, my social anxiety and fear was off. I was confident in talking to other people and I had a kind of friendly aura that made other people also comfortable in approaching me to talk. But over the past year I relapsed to my past self and that self assured feeling went off. So now I’m doing it again and I can already feel it coming back. People who can tell a good story about themselves or any subject can move faster up the ladder and in life. Improving your voice, tone etc is part of story telling! But having a good voice is no use if you have nothing to say.
