I had to do the opposite path, the one where i'm the skinny noodle arm fuck and had to get bigger, and i did it. I went from 136lbs to 187lbs (being 5'10"), i really do not consider myself big, but i had a lot of extra attention from woman in my university, a lot more of contact with them females...

I always had problems doing tasks and i procrastinated a lot, but recently i took a piece of paper and wrote in it to remind myself the daily tasks i have to fullfill, those tasks are like a beginner lifting routine but for the brain, so 30mins reading of any book, 15 mins studying and so on, its been great for me to achieve these littles tasks and it makes me glad of myself, which makes me go even further, motivating me to pursue a path of improving and hard work.
