5	A common narrative I personally don't think it has to parent it can be peer groups as well. My dad doesn't really work on cars either but I had a bunch of friends whose dads where mechanically inclined and there sons got me into it. 1	A common narrative Agree for jobs where there is physical component. Not so much for none physical jobs. There is no reason that nursing for example shouldn’t be equally men and women. The reason most women don’t work on cars is because there parents don’t teach them too not because they are biologically predispositioned not too. Women are evaluated on effort while men are evaluated on actual results because of gender roles. Feminism should be working to break down gender roles. 91	A common narrative I remember being a first year student taking my first and only sociology class. I didn't really know much about any social issues then so was taking everything the prof said as true. We ended up doing a huge chapter on feminism and learning about the wage gap ect. The prof then went on to slides about the school system and started to claim that young boys get preferential treatment by teachers thought out the educations system. 2	The dominated wife. I don't think feminism really is pushing for that. That not to say 3rd gen feminism doesn't have a bunch of problems with it. But, I agree that for most people its human nature to want your S/O to have the better experience. The key is finding a considerate S/O that feels the same way about you.
