I think you’re going to be disappointed if you really do talk to a lawyer. In CA, spouses can’t waive child support, or agree to limit it. I suspect that’ll be true in other states, too.

Also, you can’t have an awesome LTR with a quality woman without financial success. Why would a woman who has choices attach herself to a loser?

The people with the greatest success attract an incredible amount of shit talking. Sad fuckers who can’t get anything done make themselves feel better by criticizing people who do get things done. It’s your choice - succeed and deal with the flak, or give up and cry into your beer about all of the $/pussy/experiences you “deserve” but haven’t enjoyed because of your very special excuses. Can you think of a single successful person who doesn't have haters and trolls?

You’re avoiding financial success because you care what other people think/say about you? That’s idiotic.

The reason why I am "putting off" business related things for the future is because I want to know for myself that I can get LTR's without being massively successful financially. No, you’re avoiding taking a risk because you’re not sure you can succeed. You’ve dreamed up a way to hide behind an apparently insoluble problem so that you’ll always have an excuse. Great for you, you’ll always have an excuse. No $ because you can’t keep a woman; no woman because you can’t make any $. But - you’ve got…

You need to read/watch some Rory Miller, immediately.

No, I think you said Anything that matters in business can be boiled down to numbers in a spreadsheet. Do you think that sex can be boiled down to a number in a spreadsheet? Let’s say you’re a movie producer reviewing scripts. You receive one from an unknown screenwriter. You’re going to use a number in a spreadsheet to decide whether or not it’ll make a good/profitable movie? Or maybe you’re a VC reviewing a business plan from a new entrepreneur for a company that doesn’t exist yet intended to …

You can absolutely quantify the skill of a salesman and any other employee. You seem to be confused about the difference between being able to measure the result of an activity and being able to perform the activity. If we couldn't, we couldn't figure out salaries. Salaries aren’t “figured out”, they’re negotiated.

Defensive much? You can’t put the skills of a good salesman, technician, engineer, lawyer, or surgeon on a spreadsheet- you can use a spreadsheet to figure out who the high performers are, but your spreadsheets will never invent something awesome, describe it in terms that inspire investors and employees, and sell it to a skeptical market. There’s a reason Elon Musk is sleeping on his factory floor, not in some accounting office or in a comfy bed looking at a spreadsheet on an iPad (which itself…

Worrying about being invaluable is a sign of weakness and dependence. You can get some benefit from bullshit but actual competence and excellence are much better. Anything that matters in business can be boiled down to numbers in a spreadsheet. Not even close. Numbers are important, they’re not the only thing.

Just show this to him. He has been conditioned by all of the “rape culture” talk to think that your actual desires are the worst possible things he could do. He needs to know you’re not going to call the police or freak out and say he’s a rape monster/domestic abuser if he gets rough with you. Or, find a movie with rough sex and say “OMG, that’s so sexy the way he manhandles her. I want you to do that to me.” He doesn’t understand that you WANT the animal inside him.

I believe it's completely without reason This isn’t true, and is dangerous complacency. The balance of factors in her mind may still favor you versus someone else, but that balance can change very quickly. doesn't actually NEED anything from me? Also not true, or she wouldn’t be with you. Maybe she wants validation. Or children. Or masculine energy. Or someone to provide emotional stability. Someone to love her when she’s old and can’t ride and is less attractive. Have you read any David Deida?

This is easy to type, but tough to do: don’t wait to feel good before you do stuff. Do stuff, then you’ll feel good.

I think you're trying to recreate/rediscover the idea of a fraternity. They don't have to be just drinking clubs. In general, my thought is "don't do this." If you must, try to describe it as a low-key fraternity, or a service club, or something other than a "men's group", or you'll spend all of your time fighting with feminists.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
