You dont get to define what a "kid" is For most of human history we send 13 year olds to war It's great where we live in a society that allows teenagers to develop and mature slower But it's pretty hard to call something that was common for most of human history fundamentally immoral We aren't having this argument about a 5 year old

And your part of the problem by saying it's morally repugnant What she did was against the law, which were all written by people and in the case of the US in the last 300 years For atleast a few thousand years there was nothing wrong with this and in several countries around the world this also wouldn't even be illegal much less morally wrong You want your morals to be everyone's morals, but on a planet of 7billion people that's really fucking self centered of you

I don't think female exclusive clubs are a problem ether. I don't think African American Clubs are a problem I don't think Jewish clubs or Asian clubs are a problem I just can't figure out why White Male clubs are a problem. Literally every other group on campus gets university money and sponsorship for their club But a club for white males is explicitly forbidden. Why can a company come on campus and recruit women from Women in business or African Americans from the African American club where …

Hey man I went to our IU also . I remember some of my classmates who got the best jobs of anyone got it through the women in business club. Jobs I wasnt allowed to interview or apply for No surprise to see UITS and informatics on the same road

Actually IU has several of these female exclusive clubs. The women in business club hooks up some of the best jobs on campus but the attempt to create the all male equivalent was immediately shot down. I'm not surprised to see the technology department do the exact same thing. Any exclusively male event at Indiana University is met with immediate hesitation from the faculty
