i’ve been a pretty social person, but there was a time that i just got a lot of social anxiety and stopped talking to people. i started a job where i was doing door to door sales (shitty i know) during college, but it definitely helped me with overcoming objections. it helps u think on ur feet and will help with the flow of everyday conversations. if u can go up to random people and convince them to buy a product, u can go up to random girls and have a conversation with them.

don’t slouch ur shoulders, practice on keeping them square. either man bun or trim the hair w a #1 taper or mid fade. have them trim ur brows too. not that they’re bad, but it’ll keep a clean look. pull ur pants up more w this kind of look. everybody keeps saying invisalign, so fuggit…get an appointment. water and workout ezpz

when it’s comes to me and my social anxiety, i remind myself that regardless if i wanna do it or not that it’s gonna happen either way. sometimes it’s better to go feet first in uncomfortable situations
