Just work on talking to everyone you want to talk to. When you see someone just walk up and talk to them. To do this better I would think when alone what kind of thing you could say, and maybe watch some videos to help. At some point if you talk to enough people you’ll start to learn and you’ll be more and more successful.

Honestly just look around and you’ll find exercises that can help. The advice to work your neck is good as well, and that’ll give you a more defined areas around your face which can help. Just do some research on exercises (start slow with neck exercises, coming from a former wrestler, it’s better to start slow than hurt something cause you can mess that up pretty bad) and do research on how people have grown beards because although they have good genes they also have advice you may not always t…

It sounds like there’s other stuff you can work aside from this but I would recommend either being honest or backing off. If she feels the same way I would hopefully be better and if she doesn’t you’ll have time to work on yourself. Either way I would start working on yourself in the same way that you work your body at the gym. Find something to work on, something to have fun, and find time to make friends and meet people. Examples from my life are that I’m working on my real estate license on m…

Would you be ok with just being her friend?? If she’s not someone you’re friends with just for the sake of being friends then you may need to be honest with her. She’s either just trying to be friends with you which she assumes you are too, or she’s waiting for you to shoot your shot because she likes you in which case everyday you wait is another day she’s seeing lots of other guys confident enough to approach her and be honest. As someone who was once in this exact position it’s worth putting …

Come on man just cause you don’t have a problem or it’s something you don’t struggle with doesn’t mean that others may not need a little help or advice. Isn’t that why your in this sub, or do you already have everything figured out.

Personally I have 2 accounts: My main account that I use all the time. I just follow people I care about and the things I want to see everyday. Not everyone has this account because it’s really only meant for people I really care about seeing and keeping I close contact with. My other account is an one where I have a couple pictures showing who I am and what I’m up to. I don’t really use this account that much but this is the account that old friends follow and people that I want to keep in touc…

First off you need to be confident in yourself despite what you look like because that’s the first thing women will notice. When it comes to actually making yourself appear more attractive to women there are a couple things you specifically do. start working out a bit (100 push-ups a day 10x10, 100 squats, plank, and sit ups) Start doing work to make your jawline and cheeks more muscular(lookup jawline exercises, chew more gum, etc) facial hair: some women don’t even want someone with facial hai…

It’s true dating is kind of a numbers game but you did leave out one point that’s important. The first few times you go up to a woman your gonna be nervous, not know what to say, and likely won’t be successful. The more you do it however the more your gonna develop confidence(or simply lose your fear of being rejected)or have more of an idea of what to say. The point is that the more you do it the more confident and educated you’re gonna be and women will be able to feel that confidence. And obv…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
