Just How Fucked Are We?I agree with you. Things do not look good at all. The only difference in the way I think is that I see this as a pendulum and we are on the upswing side of the shit. Eventually it will swing the other way. I hope. We are very close to a 1984 future but it will swing back before we truly get there. It always swings back. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/20 12:30 AM
Just How Fucked Are We?"enjoy the decline" shouldn't be taken as a commandment. I choose not to read too much into that. I don't see a decline. I just see the swing to a more liberal society. I see opportunities to be tested by society. There have been other shitty times in history but men have always come through. This is no different. Think for yourself and do whatever the fuck you want to do. Edit:shouldn't* | /r/TheRedPill | 09/07/20 09:56 PM
[Bronze Age Mindset] - The modern world wants you addicted to masturbation (AKA the origin of "girl craziness")The only thing that works is to use my time doing things that are beneficial to me and fun. The internet is bad when there is no direction or purpose in using it. It is great if you want to learn something that you will actually find useful. If you are using it because you are bored then it becomes a problem. Good luck. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/07/20 05:02 PM
[Bronze Age Mindset] - The modern world wants you addicted to masturbation (AKA the origin of "girl craziness")Yes, I agree that sex OK. I think it is interesting to think about who you are as a man if you abstain from it. Fasting, nofap(semen retention) and internet detox allow you to think about how you spend your time, what you really need in life, and figure out who you are. Who are you as a man if you aren't chasing tail? What do you think about once you aren't distracted from the constant instant gratification of the internet? If you have the chance to bang a chick, do it. Life is short. If you are… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/07/20 03:28 AM
[Bronze Age Mindset] - The modern world wants you addicted to masturbation (AKA the origin of "girl craziness")Fasting + semen retention (no masturbation or porn or cumming) + internet detox + pursuit of goals = greatness for yourself. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/06/20 11:43 PM
Read This and You’ll Never Struggle To Lose Weight AgainThe whole thing with fasting is that the longer your fasting window the better it is. The longer the fasting window, the longer you'll be living off your fat stores in the body. It's basically forcing your body to switch from burning sugar to burning a higher percentage of fat. The key is to learn how much to push your body and to moderate stress. 16-8 is great to start to get used to the feeling of fasting. When I started I would skip breakfast and it was tough. I got used to that. Then I hit a… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/20 01:01 PM
Read This and You’ll Never Struggle To Lose Weight AgainYou can break a plateau by fasting longer or mixing it up a bit. Try looking up the different fasting methods. There's OMAD, 48s, 72s, theres the mainstream 16-8 which is not enough I think, there's the extreme dryfast (I did 40 hours once, with exercise, not recommended, but cool to know I can go a while without water). I also recommended just staying away from fasting for a while. It can be great as a lifestyle but I do believe burnout exists. Nowadays I do 5 days normal eating and 2 days fast… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/20 03:26 AM
Read This and You’ll Never Struggle To Lose Weight AgainIt depends on what type of fasting you do and when you are lifting. I personally don't mix fasting and lifting. When I am lifting, performance is the most important thing. I eat regularly on lifting days, and fast on rest days. I can lift on a fast day but the ability to lift for a full session is gone. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/06/20 05:39 PM
Read This and You’ll Never Struggle To Lose Weight AgainJust try it. Experiment on yourself and see. Studies claim everything about everything. The benefits outweigh the positive. You won't know until you try. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/06/20 05:35 PM
