Vandweller checking in. Personally, i love tiny homes. However, the problem with tiny homes is where to park them. Most HOAs will not allow them in nice areas, and buying a piece of land in a city to plop a tiny home on will violate zoning laws and get you in trouble with big daddy government. The other solution is rural land with more laid back rules. Even then, you will need sewer, water and electric to be technically legal. Solar and battery solutions exist, but will cost you for a robust set…
