Thanks for replying! So here, the issue that doesn't exist is the claim of racism (which I assume was from the stereotypical black names in the title), is that right? And so when you say an issue "doesn't actually exist", do you mean that you don't acknowledge the names as being stereotypes and that they are projecting racism, or that you don't think it's an issue to use those names and make references to race based generalizations?

In what ways or methods do you think that young men develop negotiating skills that young women don't? This is really interesting. I am a dude who most people and coworkers assume is very confident. But I am very much not. I have had multiple coworkers and bosses who were women and they all were better at negotiations, speaking their mind, and not taking shit from coworkers and contractors. I have folded under the same conditions. My question is why do you think women can't negotiate like men can? Why do you assume that a man would be better? I'm seriously curious, I really hope you respond.
