Falling in love is a trick, try reading The Rational Male to get some perspective; you can find a PDF on Google easily, it's a real good book. I highly recommend it considering it will help answer your own question. Laying your heart at a woman's feet will never find you success, that's for sure.

Really? First thing, diet is really important, not saying you didn't know that though. Second, if your lifting heavy and trying to gain mass, do legs and chest on separate days. Do workouts for shoulder and triceps on chest days. Work your hamstrings and calves on leg days and hip flexors. Also do a back workout day with the Lats, Traps, and biceps. Third, don't post on MGTOW asking for workout advice. Best to you.

I got my ban before I joined mgtow. "Maximum female benefit", I definitely see that; I said woman are whole beings, whole beings that can pay for their own meals. They didn't like that and banned me.

Focusing on upper body is alright and good. I do recommend you do some lower body excise; for example body weight squats where you angle your thighs outward basically making a 75-90 degree at the groin area; rep those for for like 50-100 and your legs and glutes will be burning. Push the pelvis forward at the top of the movement and go fairly low. Just a suggestion, leg strength is really important.

Hey JW, if I did that I'd be a conformist. I'm not completely a part of this sub either. I think some of the comments are misguided and some are sound. I not going to elaborate any further because I don't care to elaborate further. Years ago, I was telling a group of 20-something feminists that we are already equals(mockingly); they laughed and said it's too late for that, we (women) are better than you(men). And thats the same attitude on FDS.

It was some post saying men don't view woman as whole humans being; I said "woman are whole human beings, whole human beings that can pay for their meal and drinks." I didn't see the part about it being a female only sub only sub in auto moderator comment at the top, and my name is clever was of writing balls ( at least I think it's clever) so I got banned from commenting pretty fast.

I agree, I left a comment on a FDS post and got banned from commenting immediately. I didn't see the redpill thread while it was up, but that shit is true about sexism being allowed if it's against men. And the woman will laugh when you point it and say some shit like "oh yeah, know you now how it feels". I try to not get to worked up over it, but that "woman and men aren't equals, woman are better/superior" is frustrating. It's interesting to see the stuff they say though...
