To comment on 6: I think the completely opposite is true. I got fit, improved myself in a lot of ways but still had low self esteem, basically I was bullied when young and when you get told you're shit a bunch of times your subconsciousness picks up on it and spits it out in the form of self hating thoughts. I recommend reading Think and grow rich on learning to affect your subconsciousness to lean towards positive thoughts instead of negative ones. If you're interested in this I think No More M…

I'm dropping it not because it is dangerous in a general way, but because it involves getting punched in the head.

And I bet you didn't need any philosophies to start doing it - the strength to overcome your fears was in youself.

Basic "Approaching" Psychology - approach because you want some ass, learn as you go. Stop hiding behind philosophies and theory posts because you're afraid to live life.

Why are you looking at it like it's some "lens" or "philosophy"? Try to see things for how they are instead of walking out of one Plato's cave directly into another.

He's disagreeing with your victim mentality and you give him some "evidence" to back up your victim mentality. It doesn't matter who you're dealing with, the only person you can change is yourself so what is the point of this complaining post again?

When I asked about weight lifting they told me I can't put anything on my shoulders, the only weights I can use are small dumbells. They said bodyweight (pull ups, push ups is fine). It has to do something with blood pressure I think.
/r/TheRedPill09/03/17 02:34 PM

Does bodyweight training give the same benefits? My doctor said I can't put any weights on me so basicallly I cannot lift anything other than 2 kg dumbells. I have been doing bodyweight workouts since then but haven't found a way to work my legs. And is it even possible to replace squatting?

For how long will these appear?
/r/TheRedPill06/03/17 04:35 PM

One thing that I completely disagree with is that you put looks before confidence. What I observed is self belief and dominance are always number one factor that affects who people look up to and follow. Looks only have to be good enough, but you won't compensate with being a submissive pretty boy. Maybe you didn't think about it from this point of you because you're naturally confident.

I lifted for about a year and it is completely fucking with my technique, something in my legs or trunk tight, I'm thinking it may be squats. Some of the biggest punchers in boxing don't do lifting, some do squats only with an empty bar, it's mostly about explosive movements. I only do bodyweight fitness now and it still gives me a Chad physique.

I wonder if it's possible to keep your smv so high that you can bang women in their twenties even when you're like 70yrs old, for example being a millionaire with an exciting lifestyle.

If someone will read this, "The 50th law" is amazing.
/r/askTRP17/02/17 07:03 PM

No it's actually more about accepting reality for what it is. You don't view it through a lense of good, bad, surprising or whatever, you simply accept it.
/r/TheRedPill11/02/17 06:56 PM

This is very important but not because of the actual statistic, whatever it may be, but because you need to take the imaginary pressure off your shoulders. Read "One Key Step to Not Giving a Fuck" from the sidebar and also existentialism: realize that life has no meaning or no goal, you don't have to really do anything, just enjoy the fact that you were randomly granted a couple of decades of stay in this universe and will be wiped off the face of this earth like every human being before and aft…

I don't know maybe I'm having crazy ideas put in my life but have you read "Millionaire fastlane"? The math usually doesn't add up if you're planning on saving till retirement, as your income ceiling is tied to a number of hours you can work in a day.
/r/TheRedPill27/01/17 08:17 PM

Having high income does not equate to wealth. If you're trading your time for money you're still a modern slave.

Good post but I don't agree with this "they'll suffer and you'll come out on top" bp fantasy. That's like bp guys thinking "yeah this hot chick humiliated me but she sure will regret it after she hits the wall" - it's simply never going to happen.

which text in the sidebar says that?

This was not meant literally.
/r/TheRedPill16/01/17 05:43 PM

According to "Testosterone I/O" it may be possible if you fix your lifestyle for optimal testosterone levels (good diet, workout routine with explosive movements, intermittent fasting, some supplements etc.)

Even if users who actually have something to say will start writing, the ratio will still be 1:100 of shitty to good posts, so it will never solve the problem.

The point of this subreddit is sexual strategy. The best sexual strategy seems to involve self improvement though.

Modern men have it the easiest. No one has ever had access to that much information ever. Our safety is pretty much taken care of, all we have to do is take care of ourselves. You literally have the highest chance of becoming a millionaire than 99.9% of people that lived before you.
/r/TheRedPill13/01/17 10:05 AM

Really "we are currently here"? I'm sure getting your tits blown off by nazis was better.
/r/TheRedPill09/01/17 10:51 AM

Why are you contradicting yourself? Even if you're ripped, well dressed, and handsome, they're still going to peg you for a loser. No they fucking won't. That's the whole argument. You're saying no matter how high value looking you are, you will still be perceived as a loser, then go on to backtrack how "this post is only for actual losers" and hot dudes CAN actually get laid completely contradicting the point you made before.
/r/TheRedPill07/01/17 04:19 PM

Don't be changing on the points you made, that's a snake move. The title clearly states "Why you HAVE to be a social butterfly" and when you get proven wrong you go with "but uhh it still helps doesn't it?"

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
