And at the end of the day to whom is that actually beneficial? To the very women who thought it will be "empowering" to not have a specific skill that is necessary for your survival? (a little exaggerated of course) I swear to god half the time i just feel like laughing at this stuff.

Like with almost everything in life, its not a good idea to take anything for granted and say "that's the way it should always be done". You both laid down valid points, yes it is powerful having someone to do these things for you and at the same it is powerful to be self-reliant so you don't have a need to rely on anyone and have your shit together. So it just comes down to what you think will be more beneficial to you. I personally find it more beneficial for me to know how to cook so i can ke…

Totally agree with the mentality of "what else could he do" and that makes it look like there is no way out. But still i advocate this turn around for a mans overall well being, not just talking about my father specifically but anyone caught in this kind if situation. You do it for you, a thing that TRP preaches all the time. And with that you have a chance to potentially make some dread which yes it doesn't mean it will solve anything but it definitely has a higher chance than doing nothing.

Only thing is, you do not have to be in the top 10% to be considered attractive, you don't even have to be in the top 20. Fuck it if we are going to be honest a girl just needs to be better of then about just 50% to be considered attractive and have a place in the sexual market place. Whereas for men its the 80-20 principle and with things like tinder and open hypergamy the 20 window is getting shorter and shorter.

You described my current situation in detail, only replace alcohol with food. Horrible marriage, father is obese because of all the food and a lot of health problems have starting coming out because of that. No providing from his part, my mother is the only one who has kept us alive for almost my whole life. Of course constant fighting and a toxic relationship follow this (it's so bad that literally the only reason i still haven't moved out is because i haven't yet switched to working full time …

I find this hard to do since my fathers problem isn't that he was something like blue pilled in terms of intersexual dynamics, but with life mostly regarding money and finances. All my life as I've known him he has had a strong frame, he doesn't take shit from anyone, like at all, sometimes to the point where he would get angry even tho he has nothing of it and it would be wiser to let it go and move on with your life. He has been unemployed for almost a decade (lost his job because the governme…

Alright I understand what you are trying to say but you haven't taken a few things into consideration. Yes you are right about men demonstrating value by performing a task, shows that you are strong, virtues, etc. etc. Buuut this applies to tasks that the women themselves can not perform. Lets take for example fighting off a saber tooth tiger, a man has a much higher chance of successfully performing this task (and staying alive) than a woman, so its natural for a woman to ask a man to do this a…

You my friend have been "zeroed out" at this point. If you are not too familiar with what this is go look up Rollos essays about this he wrote them really well. Bad news is it sucks, like a lot. You need to rebuild yourself, depending on where you are currently in life it could be from the very ground up or you might have some head start. Good news is a lot, and i mean a lot of successful men have been in that spot at one point in their lives, meaning that for most that is simply something that …

Keeping that much track of the dynamic is a good idea when you are just starting to learn this shit so you can take a look at it with TRP lens. But after a while (and i believe that OP is way past this point) these things become natural to you and if you went to a party you should enjoy the damn party, unless you genuinely enjoy overanalyzing everything in your life then you do whats best for you, but for the majority that simply isn't the case.

I was more curious about how big of an effect it was to go "normal" > really low body in comparison to obese > "normal". Was the effect pretty much linear trough out these stages or was there a bigger peek when getting to a really low body %

Correct me if i am wrong here but it looks to me like you are able to keep your frame, confidence and are able to distinguish you ego because you come from a place of abundance. Whereas Donny still has a scarcity mentality which dictates his 'fragile ego'. If you really don't have any action it is inevitable to have a scarcity mentality because obviously your options are scarce and what naturally comes is that you start identifying your sex life with you overall worth. This later backfires as it…

Women are the gatekeepers of sex while men are the gatekeepers of commitment. Read this about a hundred times because it holds the answer to everything you are struggling at this moment with your LTR. About a month ago i ended an LTR because after i had withdrawn my whole attention to see if she would actually reach out a lot of things became clear and i saw that she for some reason simply wasn't interested. Worse part is that her lack of interest came all of a sudden. No big fights, no big dram…

A lot of times, at least in the IT industry the HR handles a lot of the boring paperwork, sometimes some logistics and other stuff like that so it becomes a lot easier for the developers to just focus on their job. In that sense they are a really good addition to the team, as for the HR as the HR, for what i have seen in the industry it actually can be beneficial to have someone filter out the borderline autistic people because no matter how much they "dream in code" without regular networking s…

I have never heard of HR doing the promotions. It needs to come from a senior or head of something that you are working on. I have heard tho that the HR approves the promotions, and even some cases where the feminists will just deny for whatever reason they see fit (maybe something so stupid as you giving them a bad look in the hallway). Although like i said i don't think the HR can, or rather should not be able to initiate promotions since they are in no way informed of what type of work you ar…

I do not know where they did their surveys for this article, but i honestly have seen a much different picture. I recently got my job as a developer but have been networking in the IT industry through out most of my studies (meet ups, seminars, etc.). Here are some of the takeaways i can give: - 90% of the developers are male, and of course there have been more and more "movements" to get women in the industry - 90% of the HR personnel are female. There are quite a lot of normal ones but there s…

This is the question i have been searching ever since i found out about TRP myself. Its really hard to describe and its weird. You not only have the material, you also have the knowledge, yet you don't do anything. You feel to much anxiety when you actually try to do something etc. actually do and approach, and the last thing you yourself want to hear is "you just need to do it". Yeah its simple, you know its simple, i know its simple, the world knows its simple. Yet when the thought of actually…

While true, it is in no way a guarantee. I recently broke off with an LTR that met all of the above and then some, but failed in other basic things such as actually wanting to invest in the relationship. Maybe my frame broke, most likely that is the case but at this point doesn't even matter. Don't let yourself get oneities just because a girl checked off your whole list of criteria. EDIT: grammar

Agree with everything OP said in the post but i would like to point out a little detail. Saying "Its my responsibility" is a lot better, and in fact more accurate then saying "Its my fault". When you say "Its X's fault" you are just playing the blame game and you are looking for someone to blame, for which in the end you get nothing. Saying its your fault that you girl cheated in most cases simply is not a true statement. No it is not your fault that your girl decided to willingly fuck another g…

This all works well if you actually have a job that you can work from home. A lot of people, including me, have this somewhat special feeling when you "go to the gym". I even dare to say it is like when a religious person goes to their place of worship. For that hour and a half i lock my phone in the locker room and forget about everything that is happening in my life and just focus on the lift. But as everything is closed in my country, and this surely wont be over for at least a month or two its up to home bodyweight exercises.

But how do you avoid wasting your twenties if you have a shit situation? Specifically i am talking about finances, about the people who don't come from not exactly rich but well off families and who can't simply afford to live a good life. Good read, i needed this now. I am currently and have been for about 2-3 months not necessarily in a depressed but rather in an anger state. I usually turn on "do not disturb" when in such an occasion. And you are 100% right about the fact that nothing from those apps is that important. Facebook, insta and similar apps are designed in a way to keep you hooked when in reality they give you almost no value, if anyone is interested you can look up how social media affects your dopamine and everything bad that happens down that chain later on.

Fair point i do agree with it. But lets say for instance you are at work and you go out for a break, you take a walk around the office to stretch. During those 10-15 minutes while i don't get back to work i'm just going to text immediately anything that i have first of all because i know i wont have the time once i start working again, and if she is playing the "wait x minutes to respond" well tough luck then because the window is closing.
/r/TheRedPill08/10/19 07:51 PM

Honestly i never understood the "don't text her back immediately". When i see that i have a message, if i am not doing anything more important i will just pick up the phone and answer the damn text. The whole "wait at least twice the time she took to respond" to me is to much mental investment to think about "wait wait juuust a liiitle bit... now i need to reply", like wtf don't you have anything better to do?

Currently in stage 4 but not just about women but life in general. If it was just regarding women i believe i would have gotten past this by now but lately I have been having doubts about life itself. Yes the sun will rise tomorrow and the day after, yes i will finish college and get that decent paying job and yes there are some everyday things that one can look forward to. I think coach red pill is just a salesman trying to take advantage of the red pill hype. Some of the things he says even tho they may be true when you look at them from a specific angle, are in reality bullshit. You can play a drinking game, take a shot whenever he says "i am telling you stuff you don't want to hear", the paradox is the the average AFCs get a hard on when they hear that sentence because the feel like they have found the answer to all of their problems. Thank you for a refreshing post like this one. I have been in a dump recently about whether i am doing the right thing with my relationship. That is the whole idea of holding frame, not being dramatic. Don't fool yourself thinking you can get away with simply not feeling emotions like this. Every single one of us is faced with anger, frustration, pity, shame, anxiety and so on on a daily basis, but it is a mans duty to not let them get the best of him and use logic to figure out or fix something.

When using fancy scientific lingo people sometimes feel the need to act like they know what you are saying and will put on a role because of their ego. The idea that like attracts like has a lot of backbone to it but to the surprise of many it doesn't have to be something mystical. There have been a few studies that have indirectly proven the law of attraction from a psychological standpoint. The basic idea is that if you think positive and generally think about something your brain will naturally try to spot patterns related to it hence make it easier for you to "manifest" something. But as a malidaptive daydreamer I have to warn people that t…

I am not talking about the social programming that you "should have" kids but if a man really has a desire to raise children (his own obviously) and leave a heritage what is the answer then? You can not spin plates in this instance you need to be exclusive with a woman.

I left out a lot of the details which is why it seems that way because like i said at the end of the day its nothing really special. It just got me curious and wanted to see what are some of your opinions on this matter. Anyway thanks for the tip

In my opinion this issue is not related only to women but in general. Just like you mentioned there are incels and dumb cucks who spend 80% of their time on their phones checking if their oneitis texted them back (or even seen the message). My advice is to not think to much about this, now by this i mean that you get to chose the people you are with. If the girl (in fact anyone not just a girl) is constantly on her phone make it obvious that you do not approve of that and that you want to engage…

I would like to hear the advice for this but from TRP's perspective

What i am wondering is does the scale change its value over time, a little more to one and then a little more to the other side, or is the base of it set at the beginning of a relationship?

My god, the first half of this was like reading an article i wrote myself, just on a bit of a smaller scale instead of a full on business and a couple of years work. Last year i was at the height of my productivity, i was a part of a project that lasted a couple of months, in the executive board of a student organisation, passing my exams, going to the gym, reading, getting up on time and keeping a decent social life. In the last 7 months, about when all of that work got finished, i can not reco…

Although i agree with the fact that we should be physically fit and have a group of friends who we know can help us, some of this looks to me like to much paranoia? Now i don't mean to dis anything you wrote here, the post is well written and everything makes perfect sense. But as someone who lives in Eastern Europe in a country that is even perceived a little more dangerous then your average, some of the things here just seem like straight up paranoia. Cameras in the home? Ok yes maybe useful f…

I agree with this but still i have one issue. What do introverts who hadn't had success need to do in other to become the high status you talk about in here? First of all let me address why this is actually an issue. Now that you figured out your flaws with regards to seeking social validation you can work on it and while you are working on it you will approach women and it wont be a big deal for you because you have experience from back in your PUA days. The rest of the people, introverts, peop…

This is just the post i needed at this point. I am at my 3rd year of computer science/software engineering and shit just hit the fan pretty damn hard with regards to the stuff we are learning. I lost count of how many times i thought "is this really for me" since shit hasn't been going the way it should. It nice to remember that almost everyone has gone trough this faze and that i just need to keep on working. Best of luck to you on becoming a DJ

It always confused me where is the line drawn between having your own opinion and being a sheep. Yes think as you like, but behave like others, we all understand what that means but how does it look like to the outside world? Yes there is a lot of truth in that people do not like their beliefs being attacked, but at what point do those same people start looking at you as some sort of wuss who doesn't have his own belief/opinion? And before everyone starts giving shit about "You have to have an I…

Really good post demonstrating how to lose weight, it gets rid of the bullshit that has been spread around just so gym's and pharmaceutical companies can make money, because you can't make a profit of someone simply eating less. But i would like to know what is your opinion on people who just want to lower body fat % and build muscle at the same time. In other word the "recomposition" that everyone is saying is impossible, that you can't burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Should i keep …

Exactly, everyone talks about the law of attraction, how like attracts like and so on, yet every time i try to "attract" something by visualizing it i feel like i'm pushing it further away.

I found out about this term about a month ago and was glad that i wasn't alone in this, that i wasn't some kind of lunatic. I find myself a lot of times just laying in bed dreaming of a perfect life that i want to have, or in some cases some sci fi bullshit. I also noticed a weird way how daydreaming almost directly affected my experiences sometimes. When i have an event coming up, like a vacation lets say for instance, or just even a party, i often times daydream how everything will go the way …

I agree with this all the way, i found myself changing moods regards to what music i'm listening to at that moment (not to an extreme but enough to be mindful of what am i listening to). So for instance whenever i code i listen to a specific type of dubstep (female vocal) it helps me think, when i'm lifting its rap, when relaxing chillstep etc. I literally have a playlist named "hustle", these are some of my favorites: 50 Cent - Hustlers Ambition, Chase the papre, Major distribution DMX - Where …
