1	I would like to start a petition to change the U.S. National Anthem to Queen’s “Fat Bottomed Girls” The insidious part was the low fat movement, as other people have said. They started putting sugar in EVERYTHING. Insulin is the primary adipose control hormone. When it is spiked all the time, your body is constantly trying to store up as many calories as it can. You dont start burning fat off until your blood sugar drops and ketones are released to signal that there is an energy deficit. Combine that with way too many calories to store and boom: fat people. 1	I've been reading this shit for the last 5 years and it changed my life and will affect me for the rest of my years. Mine: "Why do women use sex as currency?"
