1	What was your first real world experience that really made you swallow the pill? I hade huge oneitis man for my ex. We were friends for a year or more before we dated (she had a bf). I legitimately was on a holiday in the US and thought the whole time how my life would be complete. Sure enough we eventually dated and I found the experience to be extremely unrewarding and shit. 7	Red Flags 101: The Absent Father I think fathers that were physically there but never engaged them. These guys are in the house watching TV and at dinner but they don’t interact with their daughters at all. My ex had a father like this. The guy was such low energy and didn’t give a shit about his daughter. Always talking down about her at dinner etc. One time I remember some guy was being weird to her and he didn’t give a shit. 0	Hard Nexted my LTR of 2 Years for Lying About About Spending Time With Beta Orbiter I had a few beta male orbiters in my last LTR. It was stressful to deal with as (well at the time I was a beta) because I had oneitis and I never was a fuck boy with any other girls. 2	Maintaining your frame “forget about the girls” is not ignoring women and becoming an incel. It’s just not being those man children who constantly obsess over women. Building out your purpose and yourself is far more rewarding and important than chasing women. I know first hand how chasing women and losing your purpose/focus can completely fuck you and I’m 19. 2	To all the young guys out there. Yep very true. I got clubbing just to have a fun time with my buddies and blow off some steam. If any ladies interact that is a bonus. 10	To all the young guys out there. That makes a lot of sense dude. I’m 18 and around 6’1, but some girls i’ve spoken to say I look young when I’ve gone up to speak to them.
