If he starts disliking you for having boundaries then he didn't respect you in the first place. Unless you feel like your parents are bad parents you shouldn't let him disrespect them by calling them bad parents. No matter how old I get I listen to my parents advice because they have want the best for me, unconditionally.(But that's just my experience with my parents personally) You don't have to go to someone's house to work on a uni project, say you don't want to go to his house. A coffee "dat…

Let him go. He doesn't sound worth it. It doesn't sound like he's invested in you so you shouldn't invest anymore energy into thinking about him. Take mix signals as a no. And if he wants to communicate in a way that is meaningful he'll do it.

So many red flags. It's like a parade. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 There should be no hesitation when it comes to sexual boundaries. A guy acting this way now is great news because that means you didn't waste a lot of time talking to him and you haven't jeopardized your health. Block him and keep doing what you're doing. So proud.

Yeah, that seems very overbearing to me. Like at best it's lazy at worst it's overbearing.

The cameras alone aren't a Red Flag, I don't like them but other people are more comfortable. But what you said about the no electronics and tv programs is kind of concerning. Are the cameras for the monitoring of property or people? Some parents are very strict on kids. Since you both have kids and have conflicting parenting styles I would say not to proceed. Especially since the kids seem to be friends already. You could also ask him about the cameras. Just make it seem like you're interested …

Oh absolutely not. Lol like across the board. Men hate women with high standards not because they don't want them but because they can't have them. They want them to lower their standards to make them more accessible. They want to be the overweight schlub of a sitcom husband with the wife that is way out of his league. I saw this all the time with loser nerds who are bitter that the objects of their desire want nothing to do with them but will ignore the women on their level who they are equally…

If I had a low sex drive/no sexual desire/ sex averse I wouldn't get married to someone with a high sex drive or vice versa. Seems like a setup for misery. And performative sex sound miserable.

Oh god, I just had flashbacks to an ex I didn't realize then that that wasn't a sign that he cared about my health or taking care of me, it was part of his controlling nature.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
