5	Shouldn't we compensate for the "Women are Wonderful" effect for boys in school?Girls get more favorable grades, classes are designed to benefit girls, feminism and female superiority is taught but nothing about boys needs. 1	In fair transparent STEM competitions the pattern is interesting I’m my experience with my company’s hackathons (PMs get to participate as well) the developers are still overwhelmingly male; however, there is a noticeable increase in females being hired for PM / UI design roles to the point that it’s almost impossible for a male new grad to get a job in those fields whereas it’s relatively easy for a female to be hired. This isn't just limited to hiring as well; even just transferring to different teams can be slowed down just because managers are forced to interview diverse candidates for a role before selecting candidates. 2	this is being taught at my high-school. Ideally, we should encourage healthy discourse but sadly unless you’re well-connected or have rich parents it doesn’t really matter because the farthest raising an issue about the assignment would get is to the principal, which almost always side with the teacher vs. student anyway. So the rational response to such a situation is to regurgitate what the teacher wants to hear so you get a good grade. 5	this is being taught at my high-school. The issue here is that at the end of the day, your teacher is the one who will be giving you the grade for your assignment.
