Hell yea keep up the good work. Only thing I'd do differently is make it even more present and positive. Instead of focusing on my needs, I tell myself: Okay why are you nervous? Because that girl excites you I don't get nervous around girls I'm not into. Being nervous is the first sign that you absolutely should approach that woman. When you reposition it as something you're nervous about because you like her (someone you're excited to talk to), your goal will be the fun in the interaction. Bre…

Reading body language is absolutely key. If she's not giving you positive body signals I wouldn't even bother. Personally, I make eye contact with every woman I find cute, and if she likes me she'll often do a very specific move where she catches me looking, looks away, then looks back at me, maybe a few times. She may even close the proximity between us. If I get that signal I'll ignore her for a minute or two, then approach casually. You absolutely have to read people's cues to day game or you…

Because a lot of women are imagining worst case scenarios or their own horror stories I would guess. Reminds me of that famed Gillette commercial that villainized a man who saw a hot woman on the street and is about to approach her when another guy stops him. You know, the one that became a meme. The message being "Even approaching women is wrong and misogynist. Don't even talk to them. Court them with telepathy."

When you say Anglosphere it reminds me of an argentine friend I had that used to approach women in the park, go on a short walk with them, and literally get laid in the park. People in the US are so sexually uptight haha

Not even on point just not an absolute dunce. Wonder what that idiot thought he was accomplishing?

And I'd add that sex without a fun or romantic connection pales in comparison to sex with it.

I had this problem when I had a really demanding job. Some guys said "just act like you don't care." Well dude if I didn't care I wouldn't try at all.

Lol @ your personality names there. I fully expected this to go the other way, as I've never been fat or decidedly unattractive, so I really don't know how it is on the other side. But your story reminded me of a girl I knew in college who lost 150 pounds and happened to be hiding a beautiful petite blonde underneath. She couldn't handle the attention, she banged tons of dudes and when she and I hung out (we had a Spanish class together) she was needy and dramatic about everything. It felt like …

I'll keep that in mind, because now I can make it a fun date pretty easily but working on escalating the interaction. I try to avoid strategizing too hard though as it's distracting and feels contrived. So if you've got any simple tips please share

Instagram is a shallow pit of depression. Talk to women in real life, it will instantly set you apart from 90% of guys

I didn't even get that. If they stick around long enough they tend to like my personality, but for most of my life I haven't had the confidence to initiate, I've just gotten lucky. Now at 30 I've finally stopped giving a shit and I'm realizing how easy it all can actually be when I stop worrying about what she thinks. But absolutely, yes it does make you feel fucked up. And all the coddling of ugly men in the media as if it's easy for us on the other side.

Completely agree. There are infinite reasons she might not be attracted to you, most of which have nothing to do with you. But if the reason is that you didn't make an effort or you showed her your self doubt, that kills your chances the most. All the rest doesn't even matter.

I'm naturally "good looking" with a strong jawline, light colored eyes, and a metabolism that scorches calories while leaving my broad shoulders and fairly muscled frame. I have sucked wind with women my entire life. I'm even pretty funny. The success I've had I would attribute solely to making myself vulnerable, forgetting the consequences, and empathizing. I'm finally getting consistent dates and even getting laid simply because I'm taking advantage of opportunities and becoming outcome indepe…

Don't think about the shyness for now. Get back to you and what you like. There's a topic for everyone, something that you really resonate with and can feel excitement for. For me history is one of those things. Get back to that on your own. Doesn't matter what it is as long as it engages you. I've done sales, training, and public speaking and I can tell you right now, I have major social anxiety. Most people are faking it. And when they're not, it's because they're back on one of those topics t…

Let me tell you something dude: I've spent my life trying to be cool. I owned a gym, I learned guitar, I wasted 3 years on a miserable sales career to try and make the MOST money, be the most attractive and be the coolest. Don't get me wrong I love working out, I love music and my guitar more than life itself, and I had some fun days in sales (not to mention it taught me some valuable lessons about people). But all in all, these things never helped me win with women. Women saw that I was passion…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
