I don’t mean this in a negative way: you don’t see the world how it is... you see the world as YOU are.

I think a big thing for men to hear is two-fold: one: why does it bother you so much? You are blaming your feelings on someone else, not keeping your own mental state in check. Why do you freak out when she doesn’t text you back? What are you insecure about? Two: the ability to text has only been around for a decade or so - human minds are not wired to be able to deal with the intensity of immediate communication at this level. Why don’t you wait longer to text? Also three: women and men operate…

Honestly, the key is training yourself to do what you don’t want to do. Next time you’re afraid of something... do that thing. Afraid to talk to someone, go talk to them. Afraid to exercise, go exercise. You have to do it EVERY TIME. this has worked for me. Fear won’t change until you change your relationship to fear.

Read an incredible book called “The Passion Trap” - this happens for both men and women, and is based around power dynamics. This book will blow your mind, and open your eyes to your own patterns of behavior on a deeper level.

Are we "the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character?" - What else would we be if not that?

I hope that belief works out for you.

While I agree with some of what you are saying, I disagree with your main point. I believe that personality is EVERYTHING. Personality is more important than looks, height, status, wealth, etc. Personality is your humor, your values, your charisma, your outlook on life. Personality is why short/ugly guys can be romantically successful. Personality is why attractive/hot/tall guys can have no success. Personality is how YOU experience life, it's what shapes your reality and thus the outcome.

I've seen plenty of short and/or not great looking people have epic success with women. It's your relationship toward looks/height that determine how women view you. Yes, of course some women care about it, but certainly not all, and most are open minded if those two things are missing, yet everything else is stellar.

Agreed. Even "learning and accepting the things out of your reach" are 100% dependent on the individual.

I second this notions, but would like to add another point. Confidence is often more about not caring about the outcome than anything else. Being "unapologetic in your existence" as you say implies that you have accepted the outcome no matter what, and I agree with that. You have to not care if they like you, as long as you trust yourself and like yourself, then you are on the road to being 100% yourself.

Also, are you just saying that to lessen the fact that you are mad for not getting the #? My advice- when you hesitate, notice that and then go for what it is you want. (learned this here). I pulled 3 numbers in the last 2 days. Notice the hesitation, then go for it. Sometimes you get it sometimes you don't. Remember, getting the number is just one easy step in the next 10 steps to making some sort of relationship (sexual, friendship, etc). Even if you're not into her upon first meeting, sometim…
