Way to go for equality From your comment: Infact, there's something called "Reservations" for the then lower castes, where 50% of all seats in educational institutions like colleges, and government jobs are reserved for them. From the rest 50% of the seats, some 10% are competed for a quota where you pay 3x the fees for that seat if you have got a low rank.
