That girl is not a 10. Not even a little bit. You should factor in craziness and red flags in your HB-scale. And then make it a binary system: Should I, or shouldn't I?

They really don't. You just have to be in the game long enough to truly understand what they're saying. Then they should stop talking until they are able to form coherent sentences that new guys are able to understand. If only advanced guys are able to understand each other because they've come to the same conclusion themselves then even communicating any of it is a waste of time for everyone. TRP does not become advanced until you go out there and apply it. Everything we discuss here is primary…

They're the cool gang you remember from high school. You have to talk cool, act cool and be cool. And then tell others if what they're saying is cool or not. We cool?

You're right, that's what the article states as well. You're more likely to earn 7 figures by job hopping often. But very few people make 7 figures so I do t think it's a very relevant argument.

Why would you want that if not for the money?
/r/TheRedPill18/07/17 01:49 AM
1

The drawback is you might become specialized within that company, and if your employer goes bankrupt due to new market conditions then you might be fucked. But yes, job hopping makes you more of a generalist that specialist in my experience.

TRP is a school. If you're already a graduate and full of experience then there is no need to go to school. A few select drop in to have a guest lecture, or some might write a paper or a book, but most people around here are pupils, with all the knowledge the average pupil has. You hear it often enough; people have enough of TRP and move on. The reason is that they learnt what they could and went to another place in life.

TRP is a sexual strategy for men wants to have sexual relationships with women. Wether or not people are gay, or the nuances in it doesn't come into that at all. You, or anyone else, pretending otherwise is just dishonest, and it's a noise not needed here. I think it's an attempt to vilify TRP.

The video is stupid, and you paraphrased it wrong. The guy who says "I love fish" is really saying "I love the taste of/to eat fish". That's what the rabbi should have corrected it to, and then the video should have ended. But he went on about some other crap, willingly misunderstanding the sentence. It's act done to the fish that is loved - not the fish itself. And so it is with relationships as well. AMALT and AWALT in perfect harmony.

Nope!
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/17 01:21 AM

That would be subjective, no? So it is okay for you to think that, I wouldn't be wrong by thinking otherwise - right? If I truly adhere to the idea that women do not want (note: they have the ability) to take any responsibilities, and I enter a relationship knowing that all the responsibility is on me - then any errors that turn up is on my shoulders.

If TRP was an undeniable fact then it would not be debatable. There is a reason why some people deny TRP to be a fact. And there is a reason why some people see TRP as fact. The reason is that we have evidence supporting TRP being true, but we do not have proof of TRP being true. Which makes it open for discussion. And OP tries to categorize what type of person is willing to conclude the evidence as proof and who will deny it. To say TRP is without doubt true has some resemblance with religions …

You misunderstood his entire post. He doesn't say TRP is a belief. He says: What makes people believe in TRP? In your words it would be: What makes people believe in facts? And then he offers a pretty extensive explanation about what prerequisites a person needs to have to either reject or accept TRP as a fact.

The constitution written long ago was written by women??
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/17 05:26 PM
3

You're part of society, no? Don't you have differing opinions about what is okay or not compared to these so called women? If you want to get down to it then the only actual commonality that exists in a society is the laws and regulations of that country. That is the actual overall morality of a society that most people are judged against.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/17 03:56 PM
4

Everyone decides morality. It doesn't mean we all agree. The guy you're discussing with who said women decides morality is so far inside the frame of women that he can't do anything but be a bit bitter about it.

This isn't me pushing this, this is what RPers say. Yes it is you pushing it. I am an RPer, and telling you BP-advice does not exist and is not a thing. All your examples is just you making stuff up. Go look in the sidebar for BP-advice. If it works it's RP if it doesn't it's not. That's the sentence that started the discussion. It doesn't mention so called "BP" advice. There is not divide in TRP among BP- and RP-advice. This is something you've gotten into your head for whatever reason. Just let it go. This is what you're stuck upon. You divide it into two camps. RP-world and BP-world. Do you understand why your examples aren't talked about very much at TRP, yet can be considered RP? No, because that advice would be considered "BP" by most TRP subscribers and contradicts RP beliefs like "you can't negotiate attraction." You can't negotiate attraction - so don't try to do so. That doesn't mean you shouldn't communicate with your partner. What do you think "game" is if it isn't a way of communicating? Do you really believe TRP advises men to not communicate with women? Do you agree that TRP is for discussion of sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men? Do you understand why your examples aren't talked about very much at TRP, yet can be considered RP? Regarding (2); It is because there are plenty of more effective methods to use, that are likely …

Can I just call whatever I want RP? Yes, you may. You do not need permission. But you might meet some reasons saying why people disagree with your opinion. If you can counter those reasons with some convincing arguments then people might agree. But there is no governing body around to say what is, and isn't, RP. Sort of like science, peer review and all that.

It's not specific to women. Betas are like children. Manchilds are like children. Any person unwilling to take responsibility for their actions are children. Most people are irresponsible and should be treated as such. Women are highlighted in TRP because it's a forum for men about women. I'm saying you can decide to do so if you so wish. There is nothing in TRP that decides what you must do in life. TRP is only a description of women and how to sleep with them. Anything of the sort you claim is a moral stance, which TRP is not. As for why I don't run away from LTRs? First and foremost because I find them to be fun. But do you know about a guy named Socrates? Once considered quite wise, though he did not think so of himself. He went into it a bit regarding his wife a few years ag…

You literally said "true red pillers". Wasn't that to differentiate between the... eh.. "false red pillers"? The Red Pill is just a summary of how women act, and some pointers on how to get into their pants. If you want to settle into one set of pants or into endless amount of pants is up to you, and has nothing to do with being a true or false red piller. It has nothing to do with red pill at all. It is just your personal preference, so stop trying to pull me down to your boring way of life jus…

The red pill is just a set of text. Only you are doing something here, and it doesn't sound like you're leading your family here to be honest. Your wife avoids telling you things because you'll get pissed? Any chance there's truth to it? Wouldn't there be a better solution than getting pissed, when getting pissed only really leads to situations like you described? Every time you get pissed you're failing her in doing so. It shows you're not in control. The things that gets you pissed today aren'…

No. Professor = Endorsed Contributor Edit: Someone else is the author of the syllabus. At the university it is in text books, while at TRP it is linked in the sidebar. The professors or endorsed contributors has studied the material to such an extent that the board has concluded they can teach the material. The students are of course free to discuss the material among themselves.

I think she wants to want a guy with a dad bod, but I believe she'll grow tired of it. I'm fully aware that I might be wrong, I'm just not willing to bet on it. By having a good body your options increase as I see it, and that makes sense to me. And I feel better when I look good. But was that really your whole case at proving the sidebar wrong? Something about the explanations of romantic interactions felt off all through my life. My observations and what the world told me was misaligned. Why is misogyny a problem for redpillers? Your train of thought is that redpillers have resentments towards women with an active sex life (cock carousel) because they, the redpillers, do not have an active sex life. And then there is a missing connection in your text, but you somehow conclude that the redpillers could have a better sex life. But if TRP is factually accurate, and it works, then these redpillers would gain the sex life they want - no? Everyone in TRP should tell you that the men w…

The fins look like the Sami people. Any Asian-play in that is far removed. Like the ideas of Norwegians being vikings. Some white girls love big white cocks. And some like circumcised normal-sized Jew cocks. But nobody like micro penises. Unless they don't like sex. Like asexuals. It's quite subjective it seems.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/17 04:18 PM

There exist white hot girls who doesn't like Brad Pitt in his prime. Some white girls from my dear Oslo much prefer big black cocks from Africa that lil' Brad just couldn't live up to. I know that hurts your ego, but it still is the truth. PS: There is a big difference between Norway and Finland. Believing they're identical just reinforces how ignorant you are. That's a different discussion. This still has nothing to do with objectivity to do. Go to Moscow and you'll find hot white girls laugh at the idea that a softy like Brad Pitt is a masculine and attractive guy. And then you'll respond saying they're white, but they're not western. Then we can go to Spain and find girls who doesn't like Brad Pitt and you'll say they don't matter. They desire women. All women, and men, like to be controlled. People have certain things that are important to them that they like to be in charge of, and there are certain things we are uncertain about that we like our partner to control. Just like we talked about. That's one of the things that makes being part of a team a great experience. So it's not that redpillers like women that expect to be controlled. Yeah, it kinda does. If I say "go kill 50 people right now" you might want to know why before so. And there are -plenty- of bad dating tips out there - so figuring out which ones to follow and which one to laugh at does require a reasoning behind it. Besides... we're all slightly autistic as well, so it's interesting.

The captain/first-mate model absolutely agrees. It's just it gives the captain some sort of veto in his area. Being a sadistic dictator without room for discussion would lead to mutiny or abandonment, and can't possible be advised by anyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/17 05:02 PM

Exactly. So there are certain things that are important to you, and some that are important to your partner. Wouldn't it make sense that the areas you deem important to you is where you get to be the captain, and areas he deem important to him he gets to be the captain? And the other then compromises when the other is captain? Isn't that what people do, except calling it captain and first mate?

We see alpha fucks and beta bucks. We see shit and comfort tests. We see how all women are like that. And then we make a path through that maze to reach our goal. I'm not going to ask a girl if AF/BB is a strategy. She has no clue what I actually ask about, and it was you who said it in the first place. You're right though. You don't see it, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/17 08:15 PM

That's not what I'm asking. You're saying AF/BB is a strategy. Rollos year one stuff is not called AF/BB. It's called The Rational Male, which is different than AF/BB. But he touches on it. AF/BB is not a strategy. It's an description of the two types of men women consider as partners.

AF/BB is as much of a sexual strategy as madonna/whore is. It's not uncommon in certain cultures to have a wife and a younger and more attractive girl or two on the side. They each have a purpose. And you won't marry a club girl, but you'll fuck her, right? Same thing as AF/BB. The nuance is bullshit. It's "feelz" if anything. There is exactly as much pussy out there as there is dick. We have wives/sluts, or madonna/whore complex. Which is an old concept by now, and you being unable to see it as the same as AF/BB is a great example of how AMALT is a thing that no one even discuss. Women do have sex drive, and sex feels good, we all want it, and it affects just about everything we do. What TRP tells you is that pussy is cheap - just like dick. The currency is power. That's very controversial.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/17 07:08 AM

The entire controversy is that women have the same wants and needs as men. AMALT and AWALT are both true, but AMALT is so accepted as fact that it's never even brought up for discussion.

Obviously fake tits has a polarizing effect. People love or hate it, and it will mess with an average score. But you seem to believe that beauty is objective instead of subjective. And this breaks your whole study. You're asking a bunch of mostly American guys about what they like so there will be some agreement in it, but if you asked a bunch of North Koreans you would have gotten different results. Culture influences what we like - especially in the details. I am also pretty sure a 1-10 scale …

Everyone and no one is part of the average. You will deviate on some aspects of the average. But are you a white, american, male, around the age of 31? Then you hit quite hard on the average of TRP users. I notice there seems to be an older generation at MRP, if that is of interest. Naturally few of them are out at clubs slaying poon on the weekends, but if you're anything like me then it is less of that after 30 anyway. But - what exactly are you worried about?

All of TBP is hate - it is specifically made to target all of TRP. It is very clear on that. There can be no cherry picking on this. It's a hate group, and if you disagree with it you should speak up against them. Defend yourself from hate - I support that.

That is a very childish way to look at it. The crown prince of England is an alpha with beta behavior. This whole game is just a game of power. The one with the most power is the alpha. The crown prince was handed power, so there was no need to have the behavior needed to get that power. You and me on the other hand, we are just some chumps who have to struggle to get power. Pay attention. The post doesn't say there no such thing as alpha and beta. It says there are no such thing as alpha and beta men. The difference is that you're not born an alpha or beta. Alright - so let's assume everything about TRP is nurture as well. Does it matter? Plenty of fat people just ate too much, but don't bother anyone about it. And plenty of guys on TRP think there are good ideas floating about, and don't bother anyone about it either. To mock them is a terrible thing to do - why is that okay? And if it's nurture; is it part of your identity to mock people? Such as frat boys and people with shitty ideas in general.

I can point to myself. Why am I redpill? Or you bluepill? It's a question on nature versus nurture; right? Fat people are not born fat; so nurture. Gay people are probably born gay; therefore it is nature, probably. But you have no problem with either of them. But you see a problem with TRP. I am wondering why.

Yes, you're comparing TRP to TBP. The topic is: Why is hate from TBP okay?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 08:48 PM
1

You're proving my point. Your idea of love doesn't fit so fuck those guys, amirite? Get over yourself. Try to see it from their perspective. I'm not saying all them manage to find love - I'm saying that's what they are searching for. Some - most even - end up with a plate they really like and will probably end up moving in with her, get two babies, work a dead end job, work out in the mornings, while discussing married life on MRP on the occasional evening.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 08:46 PM

But I am a redpiller, and TBP is there to hate me by association alone. How can you justify that when I'm just some guy?

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 08:20 PM

Yes, that's what I am arguing. But casual sex can't be love in your Disney world, so you refuse to even entertain the idea. What else would get them to work their asses off in the gym, read books, create a new lifestyle and focus on their careers? Your Disney narrative is far from an assumption. Wake up, Becky - reality knocks. You're blind if you don't see these guys as looking for love. Go to asktrp and see what the newbies are asking about. /r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 08:10 PM
3

Yes - it did occur to me. You want to push his question back by saying "Look, TRP hates too!" My question is: why is BP okay when all it does is hate? Why do you believe so? If you have any stance other than explaining why a terrible place like BP is morally okay then any discussion you have on this thread should be deleted. So far you're then here to ask why it is okay for TRP to hate - which you can make your own thread about.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 02:23 PM

I think it was this: TRP doesn't answer why - only what, and sometimes how. Which can be frustrating for some curious people. Why are all women like that for example? We don't really know, but we know they are like that.

They belong to a group of men who, for whatever reason, are unable to progress their development of social skills in their interaction with women, but refuse to give up hope. They are unable to adjust their expectations of women - this glorified idea that real women are delicate flowers who are holding out for Prince Charming. And they happen to be people who react with anger when they realize that Prince Charming isn't them, and he already came and left again. They're immature in my opinion. Un…

I don't know, but probably because it's a place that attracts a whole bunch of angry men that hate women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/17 04:50 AM

Is this okay in your opinion? I honestly don't hate blacks/fatties/fratboys/gays, I just think they are whiny losers who are fun to mock.

I am not really looking for a "Aha! Gotcha!". My point is that the discussions is irrelevant because it would be impossible to ever figure out the truth. It is therefore silly to even start the discussion in the first place as it's clearly an emotional response to a frustrating reality.

Sure, and hypothesis A that we are debating is: more feminist "relative to MRAs advocating" genocide on the opposite gender. You just provided a source saying a feminist has talked about it. You could say "I couldn't find any source saying MRAs saying they want to kill women", and we could conclude that you might be a shitty source finder, or that the hypothesis is actually true. But somehow you seem to believe I should provide a source when my stance is that I don't believe hypothesis A.

You've provided evidence that a feminist wants to exterminate men. Great! Why should I provide evidence that MRAs have done the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 12:05 PM

It can be commented on, but presenting it as fact is very unscientific. It's a hypothesis at best.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 12:03 PM
1

Yes, that would be spot on! Because that's what you're saying, isn't it? So a study saying the same would make anyone questioning that look a bit silly. Until that study has been made it's you/us who look silly.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 12:40 AM
1

I don't know. Shouldn't you be the one presenting the evidence? Burden of proof, good faith and all that?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/16 12:38 AM

No. MGTOWs absolutely talks about it at times - no question about it. Provide a source saying more feminist "relative to MRAs advocating" genocide on the opposite gender. How? That's not on me.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/16 06:44 PM

We are discussing if "many" feminists advocate genocide of men, and if there are more feminists wanting that compared to redpillers. I don't disagree with women being held to a lower standard, and I am confused as to why you brought it up. I also disagree that I am not in good faith. I agree that I am shaming you - but not because I disagree with your opinion. But because your arguments are just your feelings and I have a higher standard for redpillers than others in that aspect. I'm pretty sure it's fairly equal between the genders. One of the things people at TRP is upset about is when they realize women are much more like men than what they had previously believed. No, I don't feel this way. I feel some men, who are able to actually do things, are trying to please feminists by implementing certain rules and regulations. And some of them have been good. I don't see it as bad that women can vote for example. But currently I don't see the need for anymore rules and regulations, so at this point in time any rule or regulation implemented is most likely a terrible idea.

This is a well known concept. MRAs are the male equivalent of feminists. Like all women, they don't do anything except complain about things they feel are bad. That's the action they do. They talk and feel. Raise awareness and go to the occasional protest. Totally useless, though they mean well.

The rule still applies. Whenever I meet new people I hope that these are people that I actually like. I don't want to meet new people that I think are idiots. Especially if the things I believe people will like me for ends up being things people hate me for.

You might be right, but then you shouldn't have said "if such a person exist I still wouldn't sleep with him", because you clearly see it as impossible for such a person to exist. And it's okay that you have those limitations, but it makes it difficult for us to have an interesting discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 06:54 PM

And I'm trying to figure out what it is that is unattractive about it. It is perfectly fine to have opinions on what's attractive or not, so I'm not here to judge. But do you have any thoughts on why it is unattractive?

Yep, this.
/r/askTRP14/12/16 03:51 PM

Again; not talking about what he says. I am talking about what is objectively true. But based on what you're saying you find it hard to believe such a thing can be true. Can you indulge me by imagining it to be true though? Would you sleep with a handsome and so on man if he wasn't desperate and lacked impulse control, despite having slept with prostitutes?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 03:15 PM

For many they're logistically impossible. Of course they're not impossible. It's just that quality of life will take a massive hit, so they decide not to. It is still a choice they make.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 02:50 PM
1

I don't think it should be done. Dead bedroom is a choice. Fix it, or get out of a shitty situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 02:46 PM
1

I'm not talking about what he says or not. I'm talking about what is objectively true - if he is, without doubt, not desperate and with complete control of his impulses. What makes it unattractive to you if he slept with prostitutes in such a scenario? Or is that an impossible scenario? That you will never be convinced that a man that has slept with prostitutes can be non-desperate and have control of his impulses? Why if so?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 02:45 PM
1

Then it's not really objectively - is it?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/16 02:40 PM

I don't have a problem with that, but I don't quite understand why is it unattractive to you? It might seem desperate and all that - but that doesn't go away if it's proven that he isn't desperate? Is it a status thing?

These stages has since been debunked by professionals. They're too linear. You want relationships, but find it hard to trust women? Don't let all the jocks around here get in the way of your goals. You're a man. You're afraid the system will break you? Fuck that - take it by the horns and face it full on if that's what you want. To not be in a relationship has nothing to do with TRP. It's just that a lot of vocal guys around here says so. And that's fine, but don't be afraid of relationships. Bu…

The connection to being smart is that there is a high degree of correlation between smart people and people who know their way around C++. There is a low degree of correlation between dumb people and people who know their way around C++. Most likely he therefor belongs to a group of people with high intelligence. Is this a difficult concept for you to grasp?

Being an idiot is very unattractive, but being smart is a novelty at best. Meaning that as long as you're just within the normal range of intelligence you'll have nothing to really worry about. The girls that actually chase intelligence as one of the most valuable traits in men are outliers that no one needs to focus on.

It's nothing to worry about. There really is a difference between wet and thin hair, and balding. You're not balding. If you're stressed about it then I would suggest the following. The key factor is this: All women prefer to be submissive instead of dominant. AWALT. Women can pretend to be like a dom. You can act like a dom. You can tell everyone you're a dom. But it's like a 18 year old PUA with a student loan pretending to be a billionaire playboy. Deep in his heart he knows it's not really true. Funny how you think I am responsible for your actions. Grow up, find a dom, settle down. Chill.

Your lack of control is not very dom-like. Nor is it the behavior of an adult. I've told you what I want. I want a name of a girl that you are convinced prefers to be dom. What exactly do you like about it? The reason I ask is that getting fucked in the ass is usually a submissive thing, and if that is what you crave then it would be a very complex and delicate line to balance on. You'll then be a bitch in bed, but trying to be a dominant man outside of it. If you're looking for a prostate induced orgasm then that is a different thing. Not necessarily a submissive thing, and not sure if a strap-on would be the best tool for the job though.

I would raise her as my own, and I would tell her when she was 18 about it, and give her the choice of doing a DNA-test - if she wants. The wife didn't give him a bonus child. She gave her daughter a bonus dad. Shit sucks for the guy I guess, but what does it really change at the end of the day? It can't be undone. The terrible person is dead, and all that is left are two innocent people who will be a little bit more alone if they go their own way.

So let's say I get a random girl pregnant, but she doesn't tell me about it. She leaves my life as quickly as she came into it, and she settles down with a guy and raise my child. The guy is blissfully ignorant about it all. 16 years later the truth is suddenly out. I am made aware that I have a daughter. Questions that arise from this: Is that daughter 0% mine? She must be if she is 100% his daughter. You see my point? If yes; am I in no way to have any contact with her due to her mothers decis…

Yes they will. Why should we change your view? They are as Red Pill as they can be. This is from the sidebar at /r/TheRedPill Michael's Story "One night I had enough. I confronted a room of 8-10 gorgeous white girls. These girls were 18-24 years old. I asked them if they planned to get married. All seemed to say more or less – YES. Migraine? No idea - go to the doctor. It is not normal to get migraines from studying. As for motivation? Don't look for motivation to study. Decide that you'll study. Just keep doing it, and doing it, and doing it. Why study if you're going to just half-ass it? Then you can rather quit and do something more productive. But at 16 there isn't much more productive things to do really. Do good now, and it'll give you the option to set yourself up for an easy life.

There are two aspects to this: Diminishing returns: at some point your input will far outweigh the output. Our attractiveness fade with age: The stuff that breaks can be fixed. Could a 5 just keep at it and become 10? Unlikely, but unlikely because there isn't enough time.

You'll do great no matter which if the four options you decide, so it's not a bad idea - but based on what you said on what you want out of life it seems law should be the last option. The money from a high paying lawyer would make everything easier, but you'll work long days in such a situation.

If the girl is interested in commitment and doesn't get anything except sex it is equivalent to a guy who is friendzoned by a girl he wants to sleep with. Yes - we can only measure perceived happiness. Your idea is that there is an objective happiness scale, but I disagree that such a thing is relevant. Your brain would measure on a 1 - 10 scale, but the scale is defined by your experiences. Yes - and? It's still a RP advice.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/16 08:36 PM

Of course it isn't just RP advice, but that's not what you said.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/16 08:36 PM

But that is what TBP is. It is a "satire" sub that hates TRP because they think TRP is full of shit.

You mean working out doesn't work well where you live?

Which ones?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/16 05:17 PM

The biggest problem they have is that "women" is singular to them. This is a really important factor that both sides are guilty of. Who are these "normal" people that understands women? Do you mean "normal people" as a singularity; or do you mean that "TRPs" as a singularity in your post?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/16 05:17 PM
1

No, of course not.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/16 09:52 PM
1

It can be measured.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/16 07:17 PM
1

Some electrical charge goes off in your brain when you do nice things for people. Call it what you want, but that's a "reward" thing in my opinion, and so altruism doesn't seem to exist from my point of view. Thomas Hobbes, and Richard Dawkins can tell you more if this is something you want to have a look at.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/16 01:54 AM
1

Do you feel nothing when you do so? I might be a man of limited experiences, but I can't fathom that the right thing to do does not feel good.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 11:59 PM
1

So anyone who says less than $100k is lying? Are you delusional?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 05:42 PM
1

I don't see the difference, but maybe my mind is too limited.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 05:41 PM
2

I agree - poly or mono is irrelevant or neutral for TRP. Both are just as valid in terms of TRP.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 05:41 PM
1

Why do you think TRP is about polygamy?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 02:34 PM
1

Why are you happy about someone finally saying this?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 02:24 PM
1

Yes, the comparison to the God hypothesis is a good one. The burden of proof* is on the one claiming it exists. The fact that other people do good things to each other all the time without any reciprocal benefit is countered by the fact that it feels good/right to do good things. The reciprocal benefit is the feeling of goodness from doing good. Edit: misplaced words
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 11:22 AM
1

Exactly. I haven't seen any examples ever indicating it does exist. You're saying you drew the same conclusions from Briffaults law, but only with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 10:21 AM
1

Once again; I don't want your friends Facebook page. It wouldn't tell me anything. And yes - I am using your own arguments against you. I'm telling you they are bad arguments and I am asking you for better ones. You just observed your social circle - not the rest of the world. You came here to ask about the rest of the world.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 10:08 AM

This has nothing to do with women. This is the essence of the book The Selfish Gene. Living things only act in their own self interest. Just because women do it doesn't mean men don't.

You don't beg to differ. You both agree that TRP isn't about monogamy or polygamy. It's just about getting sex and a plan for how to do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 09:57 AM
1

Oh, sweetie. Let's stop this now, and have a discussion like adults. I apologize if I offended you with low kicks and other foul methods. No, I didn't see a trend. I observed how men act when they have a natural abundance mentality. A trend, as in a mathematical trend. You saw multiple accounts of something in your social circle and extrapolated to the rest of the world from that observation. Exactly like you described. Apologies for being unclear. What I'm saying is what I observe to be a major…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 09:50 AM
1

You really think all women are like that? The celebs I mean... My point is this. You saw a trend in your social circle about top dogs marrying known sluts, and figured "huh, that's funny..." You then thought "I think that holds true for all top dogs". My challenge to your hypothesis is to to take the researchers approach. Are there other examples in the world that support your view? When we find enough top dogs who we are convinced avoid marrying sluts due to their slutiness we have to say your …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 07:52 AM
1

For us to be able to discuss this we need to talk about people we both know. Celeb couples are more than okay. Your IRL friends wouldn't tell me anything, as I don't know those wives n-count or if their husbands are particularly alpha - I've never requested you posting about your friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 07:34 AM
1

How are they examples when you're just listing up couples and saying "in my mind she has a high n-count. She laughed once, here's an article mentioning a dating service from 1991". Your one good example was Pamela Anderson.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:56 AM
1

I have not experienced this at all.
/r/askTRP21/10/16 06:38 AM
1

That's some solid facts about Johnny Depp you post here. Not the slightest solipsistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:35 AM
1

No, I'm not. We found one good example previously. I'm sure you could look at a list of married pornstars and find a few alphas. Usually they don't belong to the same social circle as your hedge fund guys though.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:33 AM
1

So nihilism then? Not sure if we need a special snow flake pill for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:23 AM
2

She would be attracted to the money - not you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:22 AM
1

Bad example then. Johnny Depp has that title as well, but isn't exactly alpha.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:21 AM
1

Doesn't say anything about n-count, just that she's a gold digger.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:19 AM
1

But is her n-count high?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/16 06:17 AM

What's the difference between attraction and desire?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 09:47 PM
1

Not sure who that is, but I'll take your word for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 09:26 PM
1

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee is a good example. Not sure about Salma Hayek though.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 09:26 PM
1

What makes you think Blake Lively has a high N-count? And is Ryan Reynolds alpha?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 09:25 PM
1

Not a category. I mean a person you seem to think is alpha that married a partner with a high N-count.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 07:05 PM
1

That can't be done mr. alfalfa.
/r/askTRP20/10/16 06:23 PM
1

Is it really that difficult to find an example? Then you should C your V perhaps.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 06:22 PM
1

Come with better examples then. I haven't said it doesn't happen - I said your example was countered by your own statements and therefore not a very good example.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 03:45 PM
3

TRP advocates that texts should only be used for setting up dates; not that dates should only be set up through texts. The point is too much texting kills whatever attraction that is present.
/r/askTRP20/10/16 02:58 PM
1

Then your original example was a terrible example as you know well that those hedge fund guys with stripper wives are not alphas.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 02:40 PM
1

I agree, but if you get offers from two "would bang" girls you'll make a decision on who to bang first. She is then more interesting than the other. If you get offers from ten "would bang" girls you'll somehow created a 1-10 scale based on who you would bang first to last.
/r/askTRP20/10/16 02:36 PM
1

Sure - but then I am unable to not follow red pill due to the pieces falling that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/16 02:32 PM
1

You are not alone in looking at alphas and betas like that, but it is not the original definition. A silverback gorilla in a group of other gorillas who tends to win all the fights is considered to be at the top of the social hierarchy in that group of gorillas. He eats first, he fucks first, and so on. He leads, the other follows - anyone in opposition gets smacked. Because he leads and is different from the other gorillas he is called the alpha, and there is only one alpha in a group. This was…

1

You must be a woman. How did you manage to answer my post by talking about yourself? Anyways... you still think all hedge fund managers are alphas?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/16 09:50 PM
1

It's almost as if this focus on being alpha or beta is meaningless then. Ever notice that it's not called "The Alpha Pill"? Your life consists of playing several roles. In some roles you are a leader, and in others you are a follower. Does that mean they can't be useful? Of course not - If you are a follower of someone great you learn from them for example. It is much better to work for someone awesome than someone who sucks. You being socially beta might actually be connected to your high statu…

Masculinity.
/r/askTRP19/10/16 10:54 AM
1

I don't think we need to disagree. According to the top comment we are probably both right, and our disagreement comes from what we define as alpha. You talk about behavior while I talk about status.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/16 10:32 AM
2

No, they are leaders by definition.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 11:32 PM
1

No, they are leaders by definition.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 11:31 PM
1

That was well put. The behavioral traits are only there to ensure the likelihood of increasing the status I would say, as that's where the fun is at. Behavior is often harshly misunderstood it seems. That's where the "I'm alpha AF!!" comes from. It's why people believe a group of alphas can exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 11:27 PM
1

It sort of is a different discussion, but it goes back to you pointing to hedge fund managers as alphas. Not all of them are. Some just got lucky, and then fell on their asses. Then there are others who actually are consistently successful - just like in any other business. These are the people who we should look to for inspiration. Not just some guy with a title who has not yet proven himself. Is the founder of Bridgewater married to a stripper?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 11:06 PM
1

Yes - and how many hedge fund managers are actually consistent in their success?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 09:57 PM
2

hard work, perseverance, and the ability to impress other people. Some actually just get lucky.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 09:35 PM
3

But the guys who built their own hedge funds from scratch? Yeah, they count. Why do you believe that hedge fund managers are alpha?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/16 08:39 PM
1

It doesn't?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/16 06:37 PM

I posted on here about how I would turn down sex from women I found unattractive I was told that excludes you from being an incel. Does having standards really exclude one from being an incel? Yes, you are voluntarily celibate. How can you not understand words?

When I started engaging in TRP it became apparent that having a separate account would be the sensible thing to do. I wanted something generic that wasn't tied to any other username I had, and so I looked at numbers. I just made a system on my keypad to remember it by.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/16 12:00 PM
1

No, it's not. The fact that you don't care is not part of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/16 04:09 PM
1

Sure - but to have those qualities the body must be living. RP is not living, it does not have a mind of its own. Only the user base of TRP has that, and they can be misogynistic. The Red Pill does not have the ability to be misogynistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/16 01:01 PM

Because we don't hold women responsible for their actions, so the men involved in that project would be the responsible for those actions. Is it a man who owns that website where women rate men? He's a despicable man if so. Is it a woman? Good for her for making something in a male dominated environment.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/16 06:31 AM

I would tell her the last sentence in your post, and then just move on.

Most successful men aren't successful at monogamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/16 05:45 AM
1

No RP is just words - it can't feel anything, and it just attempts to describe how women are likely to react to certain actions. You are misogynistic if your reaction to how women act results in you hating women. I don't agree that women have a more contemptible nature than men, and it would be misanthropic if I feel hate towards the nature of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/16 05:41 AM

I mean a high-level plan on how to reach your sexual goals.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/16 10:54 PM

BP is satire. RP is sexual strategy. In "No more Mr. Nice guy" the author defines typical nice guys as terrible people who try to manipulate women to do sexual things to the nice guy by being nice. That is probably misogynistic some would say. I don't see RP as misogynistic. I see men who follow RP who are also misogynistic. It is not one and the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/16 08:45 PM

I think you're too invested in this and you're mate guarding. If she wants to be with the ex, let her be with the ex. If she wants to be with you, she can be with you. She has to agree to your terms, but having her forward shit and all that makes it seem you care too much.
/r/askTRP10/10/16 06:18 PM

No, that's also wrong. The only things that happens is that your testosterone will temporarily be increased. This creates an increased muscle growth. You can maintain what you gain. The main reason for doing steroids when you've maxed natural gains is more due to you then having good form, good routine, healthy diet and so on, instead of half-assdding it all and getting fucked for life because you didn't know what you were doing. Edit: adding = assing.
/r/askTRP10/10/16 04:19 PM

This is wrong. You can take steroids and not train and get bigger gains than a natural who trains. They raise the bar, but also make you gain muscle a lot quicker.

Was he yelling, screaming and crying? Is that behavior of a typical man, or typical child? If he is at the end of his rope then I am sure he has seen some red flags along the way. He did not do what a man should do in those situations - which is to do something about it. He just let it all build up until he couldn't take it anymore. That is irresponsible and childlike.

My point is that emotional abuse according to your definition can't objectively be decided. If anyone feels emotionally abused - then they are. Emotional abuse becomes to broad to make much sense. At least that's my opinion, and how I feel.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/16 11:22 PM
2

You are intimidating me with your argument - that is my opinion at least, and you continue to intimidate me by saying I am emotionally abusing women. It's bordering on the line of infantilizing me as well. And not just me specifically - but all men on TRP. The continuation of that and all your arguments about how TRP emotionally abuse women feels like emotional abuse towards me. I did not challenge your view on wether or not TRP was emotionally abusing women - that is true, mate.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/16 10:52 PM
2

I wouldn't think so since I am not intentionally trying to diminish or ruin a specific person's confidence or self-worth. I'm not verbally assaulting anyone in the post, I'm not confining or isolating them, humiliating or intimidating, or infantilizing anyone. Yes - you are. People who follow TRP is your target. If anybody were to interpret my post as emotional abuse somehow, then that is their opinion and not mine. That can be said about anything and isn't a very good argument. Do you?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/16 10:35 PM

Without a doubt! Even your post is emotional abuse when you look broadly at it. Follow-up question: why is that bad?

Of course! The premise for the creation of the TRP-sub was that the advice given other places was crap, and there was a need to gather good advice - whatever that good advice was in terms of a sexual strategy for men. There is a very important distinction between: It is the same. It is pretty much the same. Fair point, but let me offer a counter argument here. If we take a step back and ask ourselves; is there any biological advantage for either gender to be the dominant part in a sexual situation?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/16 10:55 PM
1

I don't know what anyone could say to convince me otherwise. And it is because I can't comprehend an argument that would convince me that makes me believe there doesn't exist one.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/16 10:53 PM

There is a key difference. I am not refusing to believe there exists women who are dominant in bed. I just have issues believing there exists women who prefer to be dominant instead of submissive.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/16 08:30 PM

I tend to see the world in black and white. Or red and blue in this part of the internet. But I do understand that it is possible for people to be a switch - to be able to play the part of dominant and submissive depending on the situation. But I believe everyone will have one of the roles they prefer, and I don't believe women ever prefer the dominant role. I have yet to see it at least.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/16 08:29 PM

Yes, the usernames got mixed up. Sorry about that! And I absolutely understand that the game of power in bed is a teeny bit more complicated that what either of us are capable of explaining in text. As for dominant women - they exist, but I still don't believe they prefer it to submissiveness to someone they trust.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/16 08:22 PM

I read what you're writing, but I frankly just don't quite believe it. I do understand that my own experiences with women is limiting my understanding of the subject. This sort of just became a mini-CMV in the middle of another CMV. The obvious question to it is: Well what if they have been conditioned to it over a period of time? (A) Dominant + consistent orgasms; or (B) Submissive + consistent orgasms?

I wouldn't stress what strangers call your husband either. I am both alpha and beta, and so is you, and your husband. I did not mean to offend, though I can see it might have been taken like that. But back to you. Why you prefer to be the dominant one isn't quite answered in my opinion. Could you go into further details about why you find it fun? I think fighting back, and losing, is part of the game you like. To lose just reassures you that you got yourself a grade-A man. I'm not testing him in any way that I can see. But yes, losing is the point. I mean... sex is mostly just a game grown ups play. I did not mean to imply you like to be raped, or anything of …

I am not. I am socialist from Scandinavia. There is overlap between a lot of traditionalists and TRP, but it is not one and the same. So that's a reason not to say 50s housewife. We don't all want the same.

Yes. I would even argue that you see two of us saying so here. I am not sure if I follow you on that train of thought. Which sources are you talking about? To lead you need followers. These followers must willfully submit to you of their own free will. They decide that you are their leader / alpha. Some men don't want to be leaders, so another aspect is that you need to accept the role of leader. Why or how you get them to follow you is the politics aspect you speak of, but that isn't relevant here. You offer guidance and they offer small pieces of resource…

In statistics the range between P10 (10%) and P90 (90%) is often the only relevant place to look for data. Anything below or above becomes so rare and difficult to calculate and irregular that it's not worth spending time on. There might be something there, but it doesn't make sense to generalize it. So there might be someone out there who you will consider a 10, but the moon, stars and the sun must align with the earth, her hair must be caught by the wind in that exact same moment as when you l…

Here is a challenge for the two of you, and a great task in your path to enlightenment as future leaders: Make a TRP-sub that you both want. It isn't something you need permission to do - just like most things in life; it is just about doing it. Make a cool name, develop the sub, and get guys your age to share their knowledge with each other. It should be easy, there's a market for it, and you'll learn a ton.

Yes, it further proves my point. We are all well outside the box - we are people with personalities and with different wants, needs and dreams in life. It would not make sense for us to seek the same type of woman. We just meet here because we agree on certain aspects of social interactions between genders.

Yes, but the problem with the "alpha" that is often discussed on TRP is a simplification. You can certainly develop your alpha traits, and they help to ensure that you end up as the alpha of most of the groups you're in, but they won't always do so. Sometimes you will be the beta. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact I would say if you end up as the alpha of all your interaction you are not surrounding yourself with challenging enough people. I don't see how they could do something cool with it. The sub is for men who want to do their own thing that isn't related to sex. They would rather play Pokemon Go, travel the world, fix cars or do mountain climbing. But there are already subs for that. The premise for a mgtow-sub is bound to be sad and depressing, because all they really have in common is the fact that they find the idea of sex and women too exhausting, so that's all they're gonna talk about.

I don't see it that way, but what do you mean by blame? Yes, we are absolutely putting men in one box and women in another box, but nature already did this to us already to be fair. Yes, but that is not what we are discussing. Nobody is questioning that, so why you bring it up is beyond me, but people who run out of arguments tend to drag in other bullshit at times. You're an adult male so maybe you should reconsider. TRP preaches that you should deal with reality and the problems that exist in your life. OP recognized he had a problem; porn and masturbation addiction. He found a way to deal with it. Exactly like TRP preaches. Good for him, no? And yet here you are acting l…

That, and the mother who sacrifice herself for her child are the extreme examples I would say. In my opinion it's that abstract argument that makes the self sacrificing act not selfless. Everything has a price, and they realize they are part of something bigger that they feel is more important than their own life. Going to war in itself has a high chance of killing you, yet people decide to become soldiers every day. Some for the wrong reasons, but plenty of men are very proud when they say they…

The first and foremost advice given out at TRP is usually "Lift". It is not a beta trait, and it would solve so many problems most incels have. The feeling of accomplishment, the physical gains, the testosterone boost and the calm that comes from that alone is enough for most people to get laid. Teaching them advanced alpha traits that focus on changing their personality isn't what they need - I agree. Lifting would be my number one, two and three advice to all of them. And then some grooming an…

Sure, I don't disagree. But being a hotshot CEO is synonymous with actually being an alpha. By definition. There is a difference between having alpha and beta traits, and having the role as alpha or beta. The latter is subjective to the situation, and the former is part of your personality. To be appointed as CEO requires both alpha and beta traits, but everyone has them to an extent - it's just the ratio between them that differs among us. Someone with a majority of alpha/leader traits is more …

Here is the funny part. OP explains she was involuntary celibate because she did not understand how to engage in sexual escalation which prevented her from having sex. Your whole post is horse poop. It's extremely easy to become "extremely attractive" enough to have sex with young women in their prime. Some of them only want to date men who are more mature than the average bro. The 20 year old guy will not become a father figure to her bastardchild or commit to the 32 year old single mother in any way. And he would be a terrible partner for a woman like that. I find it highly unlikely she would feel any sexual attraction to him, and would be repulsed by the id…

To have a debate you'll need to start off with a problem of sorts. /u/ProbablyBelievesIt has quite a few problems related to TRP, and so on he(?) provides quite a few starting points for debates. I don't think we should complain about this person, but rather debate what is presented. It's difficult to find agreeable points in some of the posts she(?) presents, but that helps in terms of debates. It is a debate sub after all.

How do you attribute social status to beta traits? It's not really Beta-Bob who is usually offered the position as the new hotshot CEO and so on. And I would agree to this point in terms of LTRs - both are needed. But as I wrote to /u/MissMaude also; it is better to develop your alpha traits than beta traits to have people sexually attracted to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/16 07:11 AM
1

Sure, some beta traits are useful in a LTR, but it requires balance as you say. But I would advise people to go for alpha instead of beta if you had to choose either full beta or full alpha, and your goal was any sort of relation that had sex.

All women enjoy getting laid from men they feel sexually attracted to. They'll pity fuck and obligation fuck husbands and so on occasionally, but they all tend to hate it. That's the AWALT-aspect of this conversation. So men either gets laid due to sexual attraction (alpha) or due to obligation (beta). Omega is just a beta at the bottom of the ladder. Making an omega climb the beta ladder will not provide him with much sexual interest from women.

I realise now that my comment was very short and probably too simple. My point was not to shit on tattoos, more that sluts can often be good looking. I don't hate tattoos, though I don't love them. I don't consider tattoos to be a sign of a slut like many others seem to do. I dislike them because it is unnatural, "permanent", and I don't understand why people want them.

You're absolutely right that attractive people are attractive, irregardless of age - but given the choice between a nine who is 40 and a nine who is 30 the vast majority of men would go for the youngest.

In my 30s I had money, a future and decent looks. Women between 28 and 35 that were looking for a sperm donor they could marry became very interested in me. And so did younger girls with a thing for older men. As women became easier they also became less interesting to me, which made them more interested. It was a weird cycle. It's not that I couldn't get girls before, but a lot of those big things in life was settled in my early 30s, which made me a "made guy" instead of "a guy with potential".

Clothes say something about who you are, other than your physical body. It is a uniform, and it says something about who you identify as. Dressing like a hobo implies you're a hobo. Some people don't care about you being a hobo as long as you look good, while others will only date guys who have a certain social status - and that status can be implied by your uniform/clothes.

If the lock maker decides the objective purpose of the lock then people's parents decides the objective purpose of an individual. You're reaching here. I disagree that the analogy is "just a description of what we see in the world" partly because it contains value judgements ("a bad lock") and is therefore not just a descriptor, but also because of the issue I raised that people are not designed to have a particular purpose. It is a bad lock because I consider it bad when women give out sex for free. The same way humans only have a purpose that we decide upon, so is true about the lock.
