This a very Radfem analysis tbh. While marriage and sex work both usually involve a form of work (which in patriarchal society often involved women doing domestic labour and men doing earning jobs), neither are inherently evil as institutions outside of the current patriarchal zeitgeist. I say this because Malala was harangued by upper caste Radfems for marrying someone (of her choice after she was educated) and because SWERFs are anti sex worker. It's better we work to increase agency and reduc…

I take it you prefer the postmodernist school of thought

Here's the Marxist idea: nobody should have their worth depend on any social thing, because these phenomena are subject to social forces. So your money, attractiveness, status are all silly social constructs anyway. However just because you are not perceived as attractive doesn't mean you aren't wonderful in your own special way, as long as you don't harm others or fall into toxicity.

Except the easier sex work is to do and the less stigma it carries, the more people use it to make money. Why do you think the establishment of Onlyfans led to a massive explosion in ordinary people doing sex work on the side. There's a difference between trafficking and sex work.

So then use sex work ethically in regulated places where they aren't forced or trafficked. Many escorts do work individually.

Ok SWERF, tell that to all the gonewild subreddits that nobody wants to do sex work.

Consent is conditional. For the same reason you can withdraw consent in normal sex, you can give consent for money. Plus, sex workers can reject customers.

I mean, neither should be judged. Sex work is work, discriminating against Johns who use legal and safe sex work is wrong and hurts the sex workers themselves. Same goes for watching porn. Unfortunately there are a lot of SWERFs in online spaces but pay them no mind, they don't represent all feminists. There are sex positive feminists who advocate for full decriminalization and destigmatization of sex work

Of the many factors, social privilege is a bigger indicator than sexual success. There are many village based Left movements in some of the most repressed nations in the world.

One of the craziest was Coach Red Pill, a man gave advice to young men on how to be slick and whatnot, then turned around and supported the Russian invasion while living in Ukraine. He was kidnapped and nearly killed.

I hated it. It was a TERF site and so vile and cruel. There were entire threads making fun of men showing emotion or weakness (depression etc). They truly were the female version of incels.

Not for that, but it did come up in insecurities. Trust me, therapy helps. Also a good healthy community to bond with platonically.

Part of it is standard misogyny, and mental problems that radicalize that misogyny into the redpill, the same way people get radicalized into the alt-right (there's a nice video by Step Back History linking traumatized veterans to membership in hate groups). There's also personal trauma. A lot of people who get sucked into the redpill, especially the MGTOW lot, have had a personally bad and vulnerable experience with a woman. Instead of realizing this too is patriarchy, they blame women and femi…
