19	Does “hitting the wall” even matter? I see people's ID every day at work and I'm regularly shocked at how old thirty-something women look. If you get no exercise and have a shit diet and sedentary lifestyle, 30-something is a bad place to be for a woman where the attractiveness curve dips dramatically. Honestly I look at them and take a guess at their age before I see their ID. Women compared to men in the same age bracket look about 15 years older - no exaggeration. 3	What are some must-have items for MGTOWs? Barbell. If you have one piece of exercise equipment make it a barbell. I've spent maybe 10 years working out in a gym only to realise I spend 80% of my time with a barbell. If I had the room at home I'd get a half-rack, bench and barbell for $1000 and be in the same shape I am now. You can curl, squat, press, row and deadlift, and those are really the only exercises you need.
