Let us see how crazy of a comparison you are making. WHO estimates at least 3 million lives are saved every year due to vaccinations. 1% of uncut men get a UTI vs 0.1% of uncut men. The mortality rate of UTIs are 0.1%. That means if we mutilate 3.8 billion men, we save a whopping 30k people, and this is not every year. It's within their entire lifetime. That means we save 413 people from dying every year, so vaccines are several thousands of times better than circumcision.

Shelters legally have to accept men in the US. There are anti-discrimination laws. Men also get abused. About 40% of abusers are women. Obviously women get abused more, but the level doesn’t match the amount of Men’s shelters there are.
