It's also cultural, Asian men are less likely to take the gloves off when in these situations. So it's not surprising he's attempting the moral high ground. In a just world, the wife would get what she deserves, but in the real world she won't. Hopefully he fights with every fiber of his being to get his kid.

I left him a comment explaining what his steps should be. I hope he hasn't given up yet.

They no longer have to pretend to be something they weren't. They become their true selves.

You could be lucky and have found a good woman, I wish you luck In that regard. Something you should consider..Never have any kids, UNLESS you get signed contracts stating what would happen custody wise if you guys were to split. Never marry, if she wants your last name, she can pay for the name change. And please don't leave your job again for her, you sounded like you were successful already prior to this new job..Make her move in with YOU.

Yeah..There's several words. The one I would use is "depressing".

Thanks, I'm currently ramping up to take her back to court for the 4th time. My case with her in CA and NV set a precedent in both states and had multiple agencies involved, we even had a 2nd judge preside on the bench during the hearing..However due to a technicality in the law and no prior similar cases to use, the judges gave her custody. The judge even apologized to me, and said he wished he could have ruled differently but had to go with the technicality in the law. I'm think of posting my …

Count yourself among the lucky.. I'd do anything for custody of my son. And to answer your question, westernized women have been told that being a single mother is a positive thing. So of course they would want credit for having to fulfill both roles. Many times they choose to fulfill the father role because they've driven the father out the child's life.

Yeah, I despise her. I've spent thousands on lawyers and court cases just to get him when I do. Only to be told on a fathers day she's moving. Lmao

Evil mothers have the greatest sense of timing don't they? Mine does similar shit. I found out mine is moving across the country in 12 days, rendering it nearly impossible to see my son. Happy fathers day to you. Stay strong.

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my first child during the pregnancy. So I know your pain. I'm also a victim of some of the other stuff you described. I've fought hell and high water to be in my now 4 year old sons life. Now on fathers day I'm finding out his mother is moving across the country in 12 days..Which would make it nearly impossible to see him. I could go back to court and try to delay it. But I'm already in the hole financially, due to the other 3 grueling family court cases I've had …

How old are you, if you don't mind my asking? And growing up did you resent your father, or did you blame him for his absence in your day to day life? I'm sorry for your loss.

California is notorious for extremely high CS payments. It's no joke out here.

Outside of religious reasons. It's purely a cosmetic procedure. If boys grow up and want it done, it should be entirely their decision. However that choice is taken from them at the moment at their birth.

Men should stay out of the debate, because were damned if we do damned if we don't.

Get all your documents together and speak to a lawyer immediately..You don't want them to come after your driver's license.
