Women are not a monolith Uno reverse 😂 Feminists sometimes accuse men of upholding "patriarchical masculinity". Feminists are not a monolith 😂 This line of arguments is hilarious 😆

it’s fine that my bf is vulnerable with me. It makes me feel attached and emotionally close to him it doesn’t make me horny. It’s not sexy. Thank you for the honesty :) one of the most unbiased takes. Congratulations on becoming a mod. In my personal experience, in the initial phases of courtship at least, a man being emotional usually leads to the woman considering him a loser and loses respect for him. It is anecdotal of course.

It’s also called natural selection. True. This happens in nature all the time, the males have to impress the females to have any chance of mating. I am technically incel for the last 3 years. It sucks, but it is what it is 😔

Don't date those men. I think she is implying that ALMOST ALL men are like that, meaning that from a practical point of view, you won't find any good men and that your husband is a rare exception case. Thank you for not supporting the "men = bad" sentiment :)

You have some of the best takes in this sub, and I appreciate the perspective that you share. Even when I don't agree with your takes, I can still often see the reasoning behind it. Keep it up :)

At the first sign of incompatibility or abusive behavior women should leave their partners and file for divorce. "I will change for you baby, I won't do it again I swear" my ass. Absolutely true!

So, I just read the link you posted about women dropping out of dating apps, I don't see any links. Was it edited out? Could you please share the link for us to take a look?

Men are expendable and don't deserve any empathy.

I don’t think men should have the right to do shit when it comes to pregnancy or abortion Agreed. if a guy made it clear from the start that he didn’t want a kid, then he shouldn’t be legally responsible for the kid, I think that's fair Agreed. f you don’t want any legal responsibilities of parenthood, then it’s no longer your child, so, goodbye, sir. Agreed. Maybe this is the first time I have agreed completely with a stranger on reddit 😅

Just in case I gave you the wrong impression, I am not a man hater 😅 I am a man. The argument to allow "paper abortions" seems to rest on the assertion "women have a choice whether or not to have the baby (choice being abrotion) so men should, too, to be fair?" I don't agree with this. Humans (men and women) should have the freedom of choice regarding their lives. Both men and women (by nature of being human) should have the right to choose to be or not to be parents. The decision to have a chil…

what if a man, say, lies about a vasectomy and then runs around and has unprotected sex with women, particularly women who may be opposed to abortion? This would be rape and I would say the man's freedom of choice regarding being a parent for this particular case should be revoked and he should be made to pay for and support the child and mother.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
