The scores in the SMP are defined by the economic rules of supply and demand. Your SMV is simply the best you can score. If you can score a HB9, then you're a 9 in the male scale. For this reason, if an obese woman is getting attention from thirsty average guys (as u/stormtrooper10933 put) her SMV is in fact the same as those guys. She IS average. The SMP corrects itself. A man or a woman only have a below average SMV if he/she can't score with a 5. As u/PS2Errol pointed out, in one-on-one inter…

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: That is where is distilled the essence of TRP. So, yes, everyone needs it. If not to learn, to compare its lessons to your experiences.

This is great. This advice is in very much need. Having your personal finance in control means freedom to chase other interests, and thus improve as a person. I have graduated in Law and in Economics (what would be in the USA two distinct majors), and have a good paying job in my country, and it baffles me how my coworkers are completely unaware of this advice (just as much as they are unaware of the redpill truths that permeate society). The same discipline you develop by getting of the chair a…

Great post. (1) Please do a post on insulin sensitivity; (2) It would be great to read some fitness posts in this format.

This is a good point by /u/0xdada and /u/dr_warlock. Social media can be very good if you play it to your strengths. It is a tool to signal high SMV. That's why every guide about creating a successful online dating profile focus on what pictures and information you put on it. Post some pics showing an adventurous life, a great body, nice hobbies, a high status social circle and maybe some wealth (debatable), and women that atribute themselves a lower SMV than yours will start chasing you. Even t…

This translates well why lifting or learning a martial art does wonders to your confidence. Or learning any skill, for that matter. You see yourself going through the ranks of the practitioners of the activity you are learning. You see yourself climbing the hierarchy ladder. And that extrapolates to the rest of your life. Great insight.

Good post. Our purpose is to discuss sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men. To accomplish that we must talk not only about game (sexual strategy), but also about masculinity (positive identity for men). If you liked this post read The Way of Men, by Jack Donovan. It is a great short book about the origins of masculinity.

Weight lifting and martial arts are not perfect substitutes. (1) Even though there are a lot variation in different lifting routines, martial arts don't engage your body in the same way. No matter how many hours of martial arts you do, it won't improve your strength and aesthetics like lifting (which is key for dread game and raising SMV). Also, lifting is fundamental to prevent injuries in martial arts. (2) Personally, I lift, train muay thai and BJJ. The muay thai and BJJ part are mostly for f…

The amount of people here that doesn't read the posts before commenting is remarkable. Not surprising, though. That's why we must always take advice with a grain of salt, even from TRP.

I was going to say the same thing: "You should be writing this on AskTRP. But since you've posted here, I think you already know the answer you want to hear". It would be very interesting to post this on relationships 6 to 12 months from now. They won't say nothing that we don't know already, but would be fun nonetheless.

On the movie Fight Club, Tyler Durden says: "We're a generation of men raised by women. I'm wondering if another woman is really the answer we need." MGTOW thought it meant to forfeit women completely. It didn't. It just means that women can't be a men's goal. As Rollo Tomasi said on The Rational Male: "Regardless, whatever your reasons, women should only ever be a compliment to a man’s life, never the focus of it. When you start living for a woman you become that woman."

Very good alternative interpretation.

There is literally no evidence that paleolithic humans had significant sexual dimorphism, or clearly delineated gender roles-- no evidence! The authors of The Red Queen and The Sperm Wars disagree, if I understood them correctly.
