The part where we’ve “slanted the criminal justice system and civil justice system already in favor of women and have brought opression upon the modern western man.” Even though fewer than 1% of rapes result in prison time. Not the flex you seem to think you’re making.

Um…right there. Do you think other people can’t actually see what you write?

“So, you’ve heard a few individuals express some stupid ideas. More than a few. The problem is these stupid ideas eventually are codified into law if certain parties get their way. Take feminism for example: an evil, oppressive, vile, hateful group of domestic terrorists. They unfortunately have a lot of power, and have slanted the criminal justice and civil justice system already in favor of women and have brought oppression upon the modern western man. Judging by their previous actions, it's s…

But wait, weren’t you saying in the other thread that if women say they were raped, it’s just because the guy didn’t call them the next day and they got their feelings hurt? You said that was most rape accusations. It’s in writing; you can’t deny it now. I don’t think that viewpoint is compatible with what you’re claiming here.

Coolio.

I said some people “joke about or dismiss women being raped.” I didn’t mean you were the jokester; I meant you were dismissive. You say you want to make a distinction between “real rape” as you see it, and people trivializing rape by having feelings and experiences you’ve deemed invalid. I do not think that is sound.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 11:29 PM

I’m not falling for that again. I know some people think it’s hilarious to joke about or dismiss women being raped, but we, the sexually assaulted, do not. Which brings me to men who are raped. It’s a lot more common than society acknowledges. Are they also just having “next day regrets”? Are they?

So this actually is satire? I suspected. Okay; you got me, troll.

So, you’ve heard a few individuals express some stupid ideas. You want to know what “stupid ideas” about the same subject men express here, all the time? They’re too vile to actually transcribe. All day, every day. “Fart rape” is clearly a joke, as you obviously know. And even rapes that are not ambiguous in terms of “deception” have incredibly low conviction rates, if they even get someone to take it seriously in the first place. So you and your r/persecutioncomplex buddies really have nothing …

No, it couldn’t, for exactly the reasons I explained. Never hold up. Wouldn’t even make it to court. Unless there was more to it, like an associated fraud scheme, that’s about as credible as saying he deceived you about where he was from or the music he likes.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/23 10:27 PM

No you haven’t. Rape by deception is a thing, legally, but lying about the size of your bank account would be laughed out of court. It’s a pretty specific crime with fairly narrow applications.

If that wasn’t the intent, it’s certainly the effect. After I see the conversations on the “purple pill” sub I need a cleanse.

In a country that’s never had a female president? Where women only got the vote 100 years ago?

I am exceedingly comfortable with that.

That’s not at all what your links provide. That’s not even one of the same links. Do you even read your own links? I understand that, as a science-minded person who seeks truth and knowledge, you dismissed every other source I offered because you claim the one didn’t indicate what it clearly did. I love when people attempt to invalidate sources by saying, I didn’t even bother to look at it because I knew you were wrong, and act as though they’ve said something intelligent instead of the complete…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 10:04 AM

It absolutely does. Are you kidding me? Did you even read any of it? And your “sources” were a religious newsletter and an opinion piece. How are they more legitimate? No, really—how? Don’t deflect; answer if you actually support your stated position.

Yes, but what about all the data that isn’t about divorce rates in general but about this particular issue? These are not arguments even, that you’re making. Yes, some divorce statistics do not indicate who initiated. Yes, no one is disputing that women initiate divorces more. Please finally address even one of my points, if you can.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 08:04 AM
1

You can’t use them both as arguments. Hell, neither of them. Surely you realize that? So please, finally tell me what you think is wrong with the studies and sources I linked. Please be specific.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 07:56 AM
1

Entirely. I think the statements are basically sort of accurate, except the second point, which relies on a lot of assumptions. And that the first point is, “rates of divorce don’t indicate who initiated the divorce,” yet point number 3 is “women initiate the vast majority of divorces.” Gee, how does that work? Basically it’s all garbage and has zero to do with taking care of sick partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 07:44 AM

You really can’t answer a question, can you? That does not make you seem credible at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 07:37 AM

They are entirely meaningless and irrelevant. You know this. That’s why you chose them. How about you address my points for a change? Tell me what’s wrong with them.

I do. I think it’s hilarious that you dismiss my sources as pop science but don’t offer anything that even approaches the credibility of so-called “pop science.” http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2020/mar/30/the-men-who-give-up-on-their-spouses-when-they-have-cancer https://www.reuters.com/article/us-partners-health-idUSTRE5AB0C520091112 https://www.cmlaw1.com/14-marriages-sick-spouse-divorce/ https://catholicherald.co.uk/ch/why-men-leave-their-dying-wives/ I tried to get a range of perspe…

I thought it was your intention to discredit claims that men are more likely to leave a sick partner. I believe you said it was bullshit?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 07:00 AM

What? I wasn’t questioning that women initiate the majority of divorces. Where did I suggest I was?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 06:56 AM

Are you fucking kidding me with this “source”? And it doesn’t even support your contention.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 05:54 AM
1

Is it? Can you find a legitimate (not pop-science, which you appear to think I’m relying upon) source to support your claims? Your arguments about women initiating divorce the large majority of times isn’t making the case you think it is. I’m fine with you questioning my source; please allow me to question yours. Give me a source.

How am I “blowing up your inbox” when I’m just responding to your comments toward me? And when you say you couldn’t come up with any new “cunt puns,” I’m a bit confused because you already couldn’t remotely do so, yet still put your pitiful little tired efforts out there. For real, your wordplay and attempts to be eloquent or witty are pretty damned depressing because it seems like you really believe it sort of works. I went to see and holy crap you mentioned racism several times and wrote over 60 comments saying the same thing.
/r/MensRights01/05/22 08:31 PM
1

Not a true story at all. You left out what the discussion was actually about and the part where you posted over 60 increasingly unhinged comments repeating the same few phrases ad nauseam. Kinda relevant to the story.
/r/MensRights01/05/22 08:29 PM
1

No, I think you need to reread what I said. I meant that saying people called you racist without mentioning that race was a very significant aspect of the discussion is intentionally misleading. That’s all. I’m not defending people’s comments; which were rather over the top. But this just makes you seem disingenuous and, honestly, a little hysterical.

I think I read the same post and I think it’s really funny how you talk about accusations of racism without mentioning or even alluding to the fact that race was part of the story just to make it sound more unreasonable. It’s like you don’t even believe your own claims so you have to misrepresent the situation to make your point.
/r/MensRights01/05/22 05:45 PM

That’s actually a fair point, at least about me in this discussion, if not about feminists in general.
/r/MensRights01/05/22 05:36 PM

I love how you keep throwing “cunt” around like it’s going to shock or upset me. Whatever, dude. And my issue is not at all with men wanting rights, it’s that for some MRAs it’s so focused on hating and denigrating women. Case in point right here; you call me an NPC because that’s how you see me. Not a real person. And I can’t believe this whole premise of “feminists fear male anger like nothing else on earth” like it’s some kind of revelation and even rallying cry. Of course feminists and women…

So what you’re saying is, I know you are but what am I? Insightful!
/r/MensRights01/05/22 03:13 PM

I’m actually arguing in good faith to a much greater degree than you are. Your comments, not just to me but in general, make that quite evident. Also, you are doing a very poor job of demonstrating how little you care, and everyone dies ignorant.
/r/MensRights01/05/22 03:12 PM

Indeed it is. No sensible person thinks that any man frustrated by society is somehow automatically an incel terrorist. Who the hell isn’t frustrated by the current state of things?
/r/MensRights01/05/22 03:14 AM

Bullshit idea? So the literal acts of terrorism and murder by people who explicitly identified as incels and gave that as the motivation for their killing sprees are just what? A figment of the collective imagination? Do enlighten me.

I have no idea why some people seem to take pride in being ignorant and insufferable, if that answers your question. It’s extremely easy to be annoying. Though I will admit you excel. I cannot imagine how an adult in this day and age thinks, oh, are you triggered? is some sort of incisive rejoinder. It’s so emphatically lowest-common-denominator. Jesus Christ, grow the fuck up at least a little. You’re making yourself sound like an utter imbecile. Though I am a proponent of truth in advertising …

I see no problem with that, but the person is a child. I don’t favor the idea of a draft at all, but if we have one obviously it should include women.
/r/MGTOW02/02/20 06:37 AM

I couldn’t agree more. The point is already vague and poorly expressed, even leaving aside any gender issue. And the reaction does seem rather...13-year-old-ish . And that would make sense, actually, because any grown adult person would be so down to get a free dishwasher if they didn’t have one.
/r/AntiFeminists01/06/19 06:51 AM
1

Okay, as a feminist sure, and thanks for understanding, but I do think what people perceive as 3rd wave feminism may not be what they think it is. A lot of it is basically what old-school feminists were always saying, just phrased a little more militantly but I think that’s ok because, damn are we exasperated! Just like people shitting on BLM, which I think is extremely relevant and necessary. It wouldn’t be a thing if our society didn’t force it to be a thing.
/r/AntiFeminists01/06/19 06:26 AM

Frequency of the first thing occurring: Constant, if you remove the “slightly” part. Frequency of the second thing occurring: So rare that when it happens it makes headlines.
