I used to feel that changing the name of feminism would be better for "getting people to connect" and so on, but more recently I have realized that doing just that for the sake of catering to those that are not immediately comfortable with the label is counter-productive to the movement. Woman feminist, in a room of 4 other female feminists, here to say that none of us hate men and we believe men have issues as well, a lot of which are routed in the current society we have (which is, yes, a patriarchy).
