This is sorely needed. DM if seeking investment. What helped my mental health: online therapy sessions, diving into a hobby to keep my mind occupied, removing Facebook memory notifications from my feed, morning meditation, supplements. Body: I rebalanced my diet. No more junk or processed foods. Not a drop of alcohol and no more gummies. I fed my body properly to give me the best chance of survival. | 1 | Why isn’t there a divorce hotline for men? That’s awful. I knew the whole thing was gonna fuck me up pretty bad so the day after we told our kids I started walking, eating healthy, stopped drinking and no more gummies for inflammation. I needed to be present and take care of my mind and body and give myself the best chance for survival. Packing up my shit and moving to Arizona helped too. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/06/25 02:34 PM |

| 13 | The anxiety is really getting badBeen there dude. We completely lose our identity when we go through this shit and it’s devastating. You’re in the depths of the transition but you can come out of it. Besides meds, there are ways to control your anxiety…eating healthy, exercise, stretching and breathing techniques, no drugs or alcohol. My therapist told me this story too. It helped for a little while. There is a battle of two wolves inside each of us. One is evil, representing anger, jealousy, greed. The other representing joy, … | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/06/25 01:26 PM |
| 3 | Long-distance relationship with a divorced dad — is he just overwhelmed or emotionally checking out?Single divorced Dad. He basically told you to find someone more available. Back off from him and don’t push it. If he tries to reel you back in, great. If he doesn’t care you’ve backed off, then leave him alone and go your own way. Sounds like he’s not into it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/06/25 02:38 AM |

Gut punch. It’s gonna hurt brother. They’ll say and do things that seem hurtful but they’re just kids and don’t know any better yet.
