In most states men do have the right to sign over the rights of the child, I can say i wouldn't want this to ever be a law, because of 2 reasons, one a ton of men would opt out and leave the kids with no support...which there are already a ridiculous amount of dead beat dads out there. 2, my taxes already support enough kids because of reason 1, I have 5 kids of my own, and do not want to add another 30 million or so to this list.

these are examples of what is wrong with both our court system, and the way children are raised today.
