Started at 17. I'm 22 now and have a norwood 3 or similar. My paternal grandfather was bald by 45. My dad is 52 and has norwood 2, he never used medication. Maternal grandfather is 89 and has the same good amount of hair he had since he was 20. Mom's not balding either. Dude my genes are weird. I feel weird myself. Don't know how to comb my hair.

Not to the same extent as your friends but yes sometimes you will see your own good friends try and resist the change. Frankly, I stopped giving a fuck what he or she thought and just smiled and did what I did. I never tried to justify to them or ask them why they don't talk to me etc..
