He's a regional director, just below C-level. He makes just under 150k and is a handful of years away from retirement. He started at 50k in the early 80's at an entry level position. (132k in today's dollars!) Accounting for 30+ years of inflation, he's seen a lifetime pay increase of just over 17k in buying power.
