Pussy has been around for a while.

Cooking, gardening (including on balconies, and any other spaces that have some sun), fishing. To which I would add gaming, photography, repairing old lenses. Unfortunately, it seems none of these are really that interesting, anything that doesn't have a social/group aspect or isn't sport oriented will not do that much to attract women. Maybe cooking, to a certain degree.

I think he answered number 2 actually, although with some additions. She doesn't show clear interest to artificially increase her value (low availability).

What you are describing here is aggressive, not passive aggressive, which is quite different. I actually do think men are becoming more passive aggressive since they are becoming more woman-like in behaviour.

Attention is not bad. The question is what you do with this attention. I think engaging in it will somewhat lower your smv.

Eh, pure alcohol has 7 calories, but a glass of wine doesn't have all that much calories. I think you are exaggerating about how fat men are, 90% of the men under 35 I see on the streets around here (different country, different continent), are under 22 body fat (meaning they basically don't have a visible belly). Not even at drinking events I see many fatties (though there they tend to be suspiciously young, not sure where everyone else is drinking). And people here do drink quite a lot with sp…

20% at 18 is basically being fat. You need to lose 5% at least. Most people don't see someone at 18 as being masculine. There are a few only at that age that can pull it off and it's because of genetics. Lose some fat, gain some muscle and it will come in a few years.

Not sure why everyone is taking that 40 guys thing at face value, it's very probable she exaggerated to piss him off, just like she exaggerated about his dick size. OP, you have been shit-tested and failed by getting butthurt. That's life, always learning.

Actually, it can be quite uncomfortable to have someone fully resting their arm on you, especially a man with a heavy arm. She probably had people do that before and it was just a negative reflex.

Chicks don't love insanely big guys, where did you even get that, lol? Gym chicks maybe, since they have to adjust their views according to what they see every day, and they go for the top dog in that circle.

You don't have to lift weights. But you still need to do engaging sporty activities to look good and have energy, there's really no other choice.

Nothing wrong with liking a younger girl, but drawing the line at max 19 is weird. For your end goal that age bracket is actually the worse, no girl nowadays will want to commit to the first guy they meet. Society basically pressures her not to. On the contrary, 23-24 seems a better age, since by then you can see and weed out the crazies, an 18yearold is just a ticking bomb that can't wait to explode.

Do kegels every day. Also don't contract your PC muscles (the ones you use for kegels) when trying to get aroused (aka sex). It seems like a good idea to do that and has a small temporary effect but it basically will prevent you getting fully hard (and will make you come quicker).

Ok, I'll give it a try.

15% sounds good. You don't need to be absolutely shredded, don't become obsessed with only your looks.
/r/askTRP24/01/19 12:27 PM

OP, one thing for sure is that regular kegels will help you get a better, more stable erection. As for lasting, it's difficult, I haven't made major improvements in one year, but I did some, with kegels and reverse kegels. (lots of work awaits you, I don't think there's an easy solution)
/r/askTRP24/01/19 10:28 AM

It didn't help me either one bit. In theory it doesn't sound like it should work either. Yes, you can last long this way but only in this stop and go routine which is basically useless in real sex. There you need to last for good amounts of time in sustained rythm. If anything it makes your brain crave that heightened sensation before cum so you'll get there faster.

The back is not supposed to be flat. It's supposed to have two curves. You'd better see a specialized doctor.

Well, the fact that you play around goes in contradiction with 'finding a good man' lie they tell themselves and each other. It's slut defense mechanism. 'They only date men to have a long term relationship, it's only assholes like you that somewhat spoil those plans.'

So you only have balls if you know she's into you. That's not balls. You need to make a move fast before you friendzone yourself.

Seriously, maybe it works in a place where everyone is more or less drunk, certainly wouldn't boost morale quite as you'd hope when everyone would be avoiding you like some lunatic.

Two years isn't that much, you're over exaggerating. Pussy doesn't bring happiness. The girl you canceled the second day for no reason, probably a mistake. Sure, maybe she had someone else for that day, I mean what do you expect from girls who send nudes to strangers, but she at least proposed an alternative, wasted opportunity.
/r/askTRP12/11/18 10:24 AM

So basically you're worried about your possible children with her because she was becoming clingy, right? If she was stupid, then I don't see what difference does it make if she was inbred or not, you still probably shouldn't marry her.
/r/askTRP12/11/18 08:49 AM
1

Exactly. It's pretty clear she waited to respond with an 'urgent' excuse. I have never understood this strategy (it's reaaally common). It's obvious it's fake. Girls are glued to their phones, there's no way she didn't see that message. Being a nurse, maybe it could be different, sometimes they can be quite busy, she will message you if that's the case though.

Indeed, last time I invited someone over, my house was cleaner than it's ever been. When one routinely cleans the house one doesn't do a very thorough job, I have noticed.

You need to dress better is my guess. And have good posture walking, head tall. You should definitely see girls checking you out. I'm not that good looking, but when going with some friend who is, I always feel they are watching me (they are obviously checking him out not me), so it's not always subtle.

I have had bad posture for years. I tried various exercises for posture but they didn't do that much. Not useless but you need quite a bit of time to see any improvement. The solution was muscle building exercises, especially for the big muscles, like back and glutes. Squats, lunges, pullups, pushups, and some core excersises is what I did and posture has improved a lot in about half a year. I think the pullups and the lunges were the most effective ones.

It's not all that matters. Maybe his SMV is so much higher than yours that you never reach that level, no matter what you do. Let's say he is 9 and you are 5 on the scale. You can get to 7 with game and other improvements. 7 is still much better than 5, and in other situations you will end up winning.

Hobbies that involve physical activity are certainly higher SMV than collecting stamps or playing video games. Just reading car magazines and knowing all the details no one asked for, I would not really include in high SMV hobbies.

Lifting is not just about looks. It's primarily about increased energy. Energy that will make you better at whatever, including confidence, so overall being more successful which is a part of attraction. Mens sana in corpore sano.

The thing with oneitis is that it happens with girls you don't know all that much. The more you know her the more you see the reality vs your idealized version. You have to act, there's unfortunately no other way around it if you want to stop living in your head. Ask her out, etc. One of them will eventually agree. And let's not forget, lift.

If you are looking at them most people will look at you. I am not alpha or good looking, but when I observe people around me I get a lot more looks, which boosts my confidence but it's just an illusion of being admired really.

I wasn't there at that time, but I now live in the west and have been recently to visit the east, and I can pretty much tell that people there are certainly not looking as happy, even now after so much time. Maybe the sex is better, who knows, but that's probably about it.

Last girl I almost had a oneitis for was like that. High positive energy, voice somewhat loud, very ambitious. I am low key, I was totally into her, but she had a very feminine body, I suppose if she had those man hands (like some women do) I wouldn't have been that attracted.

Well, 18 is still in high school, so probably that's why. After college things tend to equalize more. I remember in high school dating outside of it (so older dudes) was seen as a big deal and unusual (in a bad way), even though the age difference wasn't that big. A 30 guy dating a 22 is seen as perfectly normal, so you just need to wait some years..

Do you feel fully recovered before a new lift? If yes, it's ok, maybe you just need to make progress before you do more. Personally I sleep 6-7 and it's absolutely not enough, my progress is very very slow, but better than nothing. Depends a lot on quality of sleep as well.

You feel bad because you were weak and gave in not because of porn, from what you're saying. You got it into your had that watching it is bad, so you have to undo that, or just live with it. You should have gotten in with the idea of reducing it, not removing it completely. An alcoholic drinks every day, drinking now and then doesn't make you an alcoholic, so what's so bad about that?

Use big muscle groups, legs/back, hiit style. About 3 times a week. Also try to cut from some big carb sources.

Yeah, I agree with people saying she probably has different plans after. However, if you can keep her interested during the date, she may cancel those plans no problems... so do that.

I really don't think edging is the solution. I last a bit longer but not great. Edging has done nothing for me for months. There are a few guides on forums out there, and you should try all of them and see what works. For me not coming close to the point of no return gave me nice improvements. So masturbate slowly but steady enough to be erect but not come close to ejaculation (brain training to not chase the ejaculation). Try to suppress the involuntary contractions. Practice reverse kegels (su…

Depends on what country, but no... maybe the Netherlands or the nordic countries. Not even in Germany as a 180, height is absolutely not a problem. If you're 170 just go to Spain, you'll feel right at home.

I personally think it's more like she was missing the validation/fun/excitement from before LTR. And she thought of a way to get it without cheating on you. Now if it was the right decision or not is hard to say, but it does show she was not quite content with the situation so you either find could have found a way to draw her back in or let her go. If you felt that bothered maybe it was the right decision.

I really don't think the millenials are failing. Looking at college people now vs when I was their age, about 15 years ago, I see everybody is looking waaay better, fitter then before, both guys and girls, also better dressed. These two points are mostly due to internet I think, people are comparing themselves to more than just their immediate peers, which leads them to strive for more. Being better looking leads to better social interaction, which leads to a better mood, more success, etc. I se…

Not sure about the others but Christiano Ronaldo is insecure. You can see how he keeps looking at the big screen to see if he appears on it whenever he thinks he should. Does he have many tatoos though? I remember he doesn't (or at least didn't).

There is 0 reason for the uncircumcised penis to be more pleasurable. The skin just rolls down and it looks (and most probably feels) like a circumcised one (I'm not circumcised btw).

I'm confused. Which city is this? I live in south-central part of Germany, am a foreigner, and am balding, and have 0 success and your city sounds much better. Like 80% of the germans I see on the streets are muscular and fit as hell (also way tall and low fat), sports is pretty much the only hobby germans know. All the girls I know drool over them, but yes, they wouldn't really date them just based on looks, they say many are immature and boring (which is strange, they are quite independent fro…

For jaw: chewing will help. For chin, more difficult, certain types of beards will make it seem bigger. Also generally muscle building will increase facial muscles (probably more than anything else).

Well, yeah, sounds about normal. Actually surprised she paid anything. Not sure where you are but here in Europe the greek girls and italian girls I know don't pay for anything when going out, maybe a bit in the beginning. It's understood by default the boyfriend pays. Was once in an italian restaurant (not in italy), with an italian couple and a female friend. When we said we pay separately the waiter handed us two men the bill for two each, like that is what separate means.

It's not seen as unmanly. But it's not really creating any extra attraction I would say. Not with girls at least, might help you with friends. Girls would rather eat out, many see cooking as 'cheapening out'.

No, young hairdressers are very good at talking to keep the clients entertained and engaged (also so they don't get bored themselves). Probably better than actual hairdressing.

It's very very hard. You need to move out, preferably to another town. If not, make some friend circle that you start going out with, so it would seem more gradual. Your parents would probably be happy you are dating, it's all in your head that you need to behave a certain way, which is even worse.
