My point is that by your line of reasoning women can simply refuse to accept child support from a man and deny you custody based on the fact that it's her child alone.
That doesn't work either. What happens if she wants an abortion and he wants to keep it? Still her choice, so obviously the baby is more hers than his.
I read it several times. Again, if the child is 100% her choice and responsibility then why wouldn't she have complete control over custody no matter the situation?
How do men "deserve" custody when the decision to have the child and thus the responsibility of raising the child should fall completely on the woman? If the woman wants to share custody and raise the child with a man who also wants the same then that's fine, but ultimately isn't it her child and not his?
