5	Is it alright to get help for depression? Adderall isn't an anti-depressant, it's a stimulant for people with ADHD. If you want to look into anti-depressants there is Prozac, Celexa, Zoloft, Paxil, ect. However I would recommend going to a therapist a few times first to see if you can get to the root of the problem before drugging up.
