Cheating and Character have little to no impact in a "custody" hearing. Let her hamster and complain about that in court...she'll look petty. What this gentlemen needs to do is look up the state statutes for how a judge evaluates custody and parenting time. They're typically listed in family law. If you want to win at a custody battle you have to approach EVERYTHING in the frame of what is in the BEST INTEREST of the children.

That's because ALL courts follow the logic that parenting time is based on what's in the CHILD's best interest and NOT the parents. Regardless how shitty a parent can be kids need them. To get the best outcome for parenting time you have to focus on how less time with her and more time with you is in the child's "best interest". If you're going to fight - learn your states statutes on family law and wrap your story around those laws. That's what I did and I have 100% full custody of my kids.

It is a need and there's lots of educated study on the topic. Maslow's is a great reference. http://www.simplypsychology.org/maslow.html

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
