I used to get this shit test a few years ago, (way before I found MRP) when I started doing jiu jitsu 2-3 times a week. AA and AM and STFU will only get you so far here, in my opinion. If you don't set a boundary, she will constantly shit test you about this and resent you for it. When my wife wouldn't stop bitching about my hobbies/activities, I dropped this bomb on her (not verbatim, since this was a few years ago): "there are 7 days in a week, right? If we were divorced and sharing custody of…

The "perfect girl" (they don't exist, btw) would never give you an ultimatum. Period. If you think your sex life was bad before, just wait until there is a legal contract between your relationship and the government.

Don't reply to shit tests via text. Just reply with "let's chat tonight". If she never brings it up again later, cool. If she does, here are a few suggestions from a noob: Pressure flip- "what do you think you need to improve?" Notice how I said "you" instead of "we". Most women aren't stupid. Let her figure it out herself. AA - "what's wrong? Well, for starters I got shampoo in my eye this morning. I also have a piece of beef jerky stuck in my teeth right now. Can you pick me up some floss toda…

If she is REALLY shit testing you, AA and/or AM should work just fine. If she responds with "Ugh! Can you just be serious for once?!?" I think an appropriate reply would be one of two things: 1) STFU, smile, smack her ass, walk away to do something productive (probably the ideal response) Or 2) simply say "ask me a serious question and you'll get a serious answer". Shit tests aren't "serious". They don't need nor deserve a "serious answer". But if she is asking a legitimate question and seeking …

You obviously know your wife better than some strangers on the internet, but I would put money on the fact that you could get your wife to find you attractive and desire you...over time. The rule of thumb for MRP is to give your relationship 1 month for every year of marriage/committment. If you're only 4 months into your MAP, then your marriage should not be older than 4 years. You say you have improved yourself, but in what ways exactly? You can lift like a mad man, get a six pack, and be cut …

How long were you into your MAP before you threw in the towel? What was your wife's reaction when you told her you were filing for divorce?

If it was me, I would recommend a book from the sidebar to him (like MMSLP). Then later during casual conversation about the book, I would mention that I found it from reading r/MRP. I have a friend who is in a deadbedroom situation and when I referred him to MRP, he blew it off completely because he didn't believe in that "red pill stuff". If I introduced him to a book first, he might have given the material a chance before writing it off. But of course you can only show him the door...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
