| 8 | This man speaks the truthIf you file a false rape report, you're not using sex to do serious harm. You're attempting to use the legal system to do serious harm. There's a pretty big distinction. Should false accusers go to prison? Of course. Should they be labelled as sex offenders? Hell no. If anything, the registry as a whole is pretty much useless.
