My ex actually was the one who suggested to me that we should play Chess. I had played quite a lot while I was in elementary school, my dad had taught me the game at a young age and I played in the chess club frequently. So when she asked me I was more than happy to dig up my old chess set and teach her the game. It had been years since I played and I thought it would be great fun and something her and I could grow and develop together. I imagined us watching YouTube videos and discussing strate…

IF the number is not 0.75 x sexually active years or lower, SHIT I did not realize this was such an exact science.

It is another hour he's dedicating to his own financial improvement, if indirectly I used to play in a band and I quit because every club owner was the same, they wanted to lowball you on the money offer and make it up to you by saying "you will get so much exposure". Well no shit Sherlock, I get "so much exposure" just from being in a band on a stage. It doesn't matter if I play at your club or the guy's down the road, once we get on that stage exposure is going to happen regardless. That's lik…

The population of Japan and the birth rate of the Japanese are two completely separate things.

Or just do a straight up Mohawk or some shit, then feign ignorance. It would be he said she said, best case. A gender discrimination lawsuit is a different story. There are plenty of easy ways to give people what they want without letting them 'win'.

Would highly advise accountancy or actuarial science. Studies show financial planning is a bunk science, even warren buffet says index funds are your best bet. So I would not recommend business admin (unless you plan on starting your own business) or financial planning. But being a tax accountant would be a huge asset, because then you can improve your portfolio with your sound knowledge of tax law and loopholes. But if you don't have a passion for that then you can pay someone and just do what …

How can something be both hypermasculine and matriarchal at the same time? Is this not an oxymoron?

From what I've heard they are trying to "scale things back" and get his parents to help out. GF burned bridges when I found out she tried to write herself a check on our joint account the day after the unpleasantness. Hmm, so she wasn't even interested in trying to apologize or do damage control with her boyfriend. No, her first thought is to try and pull as much money as she can from their joint funds before he cuts her off. I think this guy made the right call and did a good job of preventing …

men need to take all sorts of drugs to get their ideal appearance quick time. And we recognise the hard work put into the guy's routine I did not realize that jabbing yourself with a needle is 'hard work' let alone part of the routine.

Even though revenge porn involves 2 people, only one party is held accountable for it; I would say it would be whoever posts the video.

As long as her parents covered the wedding, this guy will make out like a bandit if he burns his bridges soon.

How small did your penis get? Edit this was a genuine question that I was seeking an answer for.

I think the people in other countries may even out these disparities. There are ~3 billion penises in the world.

Yeah but she doesn't compose the entirety of congress. How can a single actor unitarily declare war was my actual question. It's not possible, let alone feasible.

Ok Mr. International relations scholar, please enlighten me as to what your line of reasoning is. Why do you think she will mobilize the troops?

Everything in moderation also doesn't fully encompass "everything". In other words, no, murder in moderation is not acceptable. I don't think cheating (which is what cuckolding really is, anyways) is really acceptable in moderation either. The proverb kind of relies on the assumption you're being rational when you define "everything"

Because "everything in moderation" is a pretty ok extreme to live by.

Maybe of the few takes she had in which white guys had fulfilled her parameters the shots were not usable. And what she means is that the scenes were not included during the editing process. This is one explanation for what she meant, though not necessarily the only one.

As bad as it sounds everything in moderation works best. Logic has it's uses and applications, but not every problem has a logical solution, especially when it comes to relationships. Thank you for understanding my perspective and discussing this with me.

Art is not logic. It is not logical why I find a painting beautiful, but it is still worthwhile in life even without inherent logic.

I'm sorry, but is the economy no longer controlled by supply and demand? You think that if women as a collective just said fuck it to pants with poor pocket design that those types of pants would still exist? I doubt it. Do you know what happens if I try on a pair of pants that can't hold, at minimum, my phone, wallet, and keys? I put them back on the shelf. Do you know why? Because otherwise I will be oppressed and not able to compete with my other male counterparts (or even females with except…

Thank you for making this post, I watched an episode yesterday that made me think of this place and I want to articulate it here. Basically the pitch consisted of this lady who had 6 daughters and would have nail polish parties once a week with them. This inspired her nail polish container idea and so she got to work. I think she actually filed a patent or two and began production. She spent $300,000. The first thing the Sharks ask her is where did she get that money. Does she work, was it savin…

Bipolar clouds your judgment and can make you do things you'll regret once you get on lithium and into cognitive behavioral therapy. First of all the reason I did not reply is I didn't really want to have an argument with someone who is wrong. If you take that part I just quoted up there and replace "bipolar" with alcohol I don't think anyone would try and argue that hooking up with them is "immoral". Second, what idea does that quoted sentence even convey? That treatment makes you do things you…
