51	Office Encounter: International Women's Day vs. International Men's Day All women at work went home earlier yesterday. I really appreciated it. It was official, the minister approved it ( I work a government job). I asked seriously my co workers if they do anything on men’s day. They laughed it off. 5	Please talk more about Ukraine If you by any chance can escape, don’t choose Bulgaria. We are horrible. There are cases of stolen number plates. Without a stolen plate you can’t drive. And also, some of them place the plates on THEIR cars and steal fuel from gas stations. More then half of the population don’t like Ukrainians.
