While I agree, if you want to spread the idea that women are not above critique/mockery, maintaining the sub is a sublime way to do that. Losing it is not a good outcome. Tweaking our verbiage as a whole is a means to that end. In my perspective, we can suffer the annoyance of playing nice in exchange for winning the cultural campaign.
That’s an interesting mindset there. You believe in clown world because the internet told you to, and you want to feel special. Humanity has always been volatile and morally dark. The world has always been a bit of a joke and trying to feel like you in particular have a clue or know better is hubris.
I can say the same to you. My point was about blaming the modern generation and the clown world reference. Regardless of your beliefs, using terminology commonly found in hard right rhetoric is unnecessary and lumps us in with them. It’s a bad look and this isn’t the place for it.
