I don't like the idea of mandatory DNA tests because I think it's an absurdly invasive thing for the government to have the power to force on someone.

I do agree with you that age doesn't necessarily determine maturity. You don't suddenly become mature enough to understand the potential consequences of sex and become able to consent to it the second you have rotated around the sun 18 times. But for legal purposes, we need to have a clearly defined line between what is, and what is not legal. The law cannot have grey areas.

Yeah, I've corrected it myself. Though Google's spell check algorithm looks at the context the word is in, i.e. the words and sentence around around it. It just doesn't seem to think that "men's" and "rights" go together.
