I feel like as rude as it sounds, maybe you just didn’t give her what she needed sexually. As well as the talking on the phone for 2 months thing, maybe she was expecting more. She potentially expected you to talk about your intentions. Saying that, if she was as good a fuck as you say she was, the chances are you weren’t up to her standard. Pleasurable sex is majority foreplay and minimal dick game. (In my experience)

Just don't make her regret going along as a friend. Don't drop hints that you want more it'd just make it really awkward for her, even worse so if she isn't interested.
