Or just don't mess with people 3 times your size.

Knocking them out is kinda the point, that way they stop hitting people.

Oh, come on. You have to chose to be offended at stupid shit like that. Someone claiming they are special because they are a woman doesn't make me feel like less of a man. Because I'm not 12 and my sense of self-worth is not tied to what some dumb, drunk bitch thinks. But maybe that's just me. Someone's opinion only matters if they do. And she doesn't matter.

It's the only explanation that makes sense (not that it makes sense).

Especially when they put the ArenaNet branding all over their damn profile and flex about how 'professional' they are to 'amateurs' in their comments.

What an utterly stupid hill for him to die on.

She was using her position at ArenaNet to talk down at people, that's stepping over the line between personal and professional. When you give your opinion as a 'senior writer' you are using the company to add weight to your statements, and that's not 'personal'.

Cops aren't there to deal out punishment, she didn't "deserve" anything but prison. He could have grabbed her quite easily, he's twice her size and he had backup outside. This is just a typical lazy american cop. Edit: ok, ya'll are demonstrating the stupidity in this sub pretty well, I'll be staying well away from you twats in future. You don't give a shit about justice, you just like seeing people hurt women. I get it. She was clearly a threat to that cops safety. What a monster she was. Poor …

I like how he felt it was necessary to taze a woman half his size. What a fucking hero, lol.

So could throwing someone a quarter your size across a parking lot when a good push would have got the job done equally well. Necessary force is a big part of self defense laws (which includes defending others). It could be argued that the throw was excessive. Which I assume is what her lawyer did. P.S. not saying she didn't deserve it.

He probably could have prevented the stomp by pulling her by the arm or pushing her really hard, picking her up and throwing her across a parking lot can be argued to be excessive force. Not saying she didn't deserve it, just saying.

I got mugged by a bouncer when I was about 19. He took the sunglasses of my face put them onto his and told me to try take them back or fuck off. I fucked off.

I watched one of those SAS shows where they took a bunch of civvies on training and then at the end asked real SAS guys (the trainers) who they would take on a live operation if they had to pick one of them, and one season a woman won. She was tough as nails and smashed it. Women 100% can do the job, it just requires the right type of personality and for her to be in very good shape. The woman who won was a professional rugby player iirc, she took it fair and square, no special treatment. If any…

It's actually fairly common for abusers to claim to be the victim. FTFY.
