I second this advice. Choose secure, low risk, low yield investments over high risk high return investments. Everyone wants to be the next self made millionaire using the market, but having a smaller nest egg is much more realistic and achievable.

Had a Jeep Commander for 5 years. There's a reason they only made one model year of those vehicles. Fucking garbage. Replaced the transmission, replaced every light in/on the SUV at least 4 times, and the damn thing barely got 8 miles per gallon. Absolute trash vehicles.

Thanks for the advice. As a single man, I'd definitely need a lawyer because surrogate children are a legal gray area in my state. I try every day to not be common. Similarly to you, I do enjoy sex. However, I do not enjoy putting up with a woman who has an attitude problem and wants me to spend $100 on gifts and dinners before one love making session. Its basically long term prostitution with extra steps. A fleshlight is $60 and gives me the same satisfaction afterwards. Crude, but true.

Your post made my day and I don't think you even intended it to. I have had a hard time with women and I've decided to go my own way. I don't hate women, but they don't seem to like me very much. Although, I've always wanted to have at least one child of my own. Its important to me for reasons I won't get into here. Your post inspired me to look up surrogate children for single men. It is expensive and time consuming but it is 100% possible. I could have a child who is related to me genetically …

This concept is pretty reasonable when you consider evolution. The women had all day to prepare food, raise the children, and organize the huts/tepees/cabins in early societies. They lived every day with other women and they undoubtedly talked incessantly. The men were busy hunting in silence and thinking about the future of their tribe. Men went on expeditions to visit new lands and conquer new places. It was advantageous for men to be quiet and solemn to not alert enemies and wild animals. Wom…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
