Question for those in relationships with a libido imbalance: How do you both cope?I honestly have no idea what that means | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/02/19 12:30 AM
Question for those in relationships with a libido imbalance: How do you both cope? The best way to deal with an issue like that is to realize that not everyone gets everything they want, and find a happy medium, and to make fun of it, versus considering it a super serious thing. My husband and I have the issue (I have the higher libido in this case), and it leads to us jokingly making fun of each other about it: "All those men in deadbedrooms would be soooo happy to be with someone constantly initiating" "All those women with their needy men would love me!" Its funny. But my h… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/02/19 09:06 PM
How much evidence or suspicion would you guys need before dumping someone for cheating? This is how both my husband and I feel, if you're with someone you don't put yourself in positions where it seems like it could be cheating. It works well for us, but probably because we're bith introverts. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/01/19 02:45 PM
Q4women: How would you feel if your long term partner voiced a need to feel more sexually desired by you?lolk | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/01/19 03:39 AM
Q4women: How would you feel if your long term partner voiced a need to feel more sexually desired by you?I understand that you're an older woman, but society has come a long way towards allowing women to initiate, and even be rejected for, sex. In my own experience, I initiate the vast majority of sexual encounters in my relationship. I am also rejected a lot, I don't pout and refuse to initiate when my husband rejects me, I accept it, and when I next want him, I initiate again. Perhaps that's due to me being actually attracted to my husband, that one or two "I'm not in the mood/I'm busy" doesn't c… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 11:49 PM
Q4women: How would you feel if your long term partner voiced a need to feel more sexually desired by you?I mean, at least here it doesn't say that he's evesdropping on all of her conversations. It just says he hears her and her sister talking. Perhaps they talk loud? I do understand that there is definitely an issue if he's evesdropping on all her conversations, and wants her to constantly talk good about him, but I see it as he overhears her a lot (because shes loud?) And she doeant compliment him to his face/to others on attractive or sexy-ness. We cant really know for sure, but that was how I to… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 02:59 PM
Q4women: How would you feel if your long term partner voiced a need to feel more sexually desired by you?My husband voiced this concern just yesterday in fact! It didn't make me view him as less masculine, perhaps that's because I view him as largely masculine already, so a small non-masculine comment didnt really impact my overall view. I appreciate it when my husband shares things that matter like that, because it leads to a healthier overall sexual and personal relationship. That said, he doesnt share his extremely non-masculine emotions with me, just as I don't act masculine, and "turn up" my f… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 02:04 AM
Q4W: What kind of women does RP attract?I think it depends entirely on what bits of RP the man is using. If he's being the ideal Chad, then he'll probably only attract women who want casual sex, and aren't interested in really dating. If he's mixing some of the RP theories regarding game, with some of their strategies for a LTR, he'll attract women who want a LTR. I think it's stupid to say "well RP men only attract x kind of women" because obviously that's not true. RP men who are doing x strategy may only attract x kind of women, bu… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/18 12:54 AM
Q4W: Do you find old, powerful men attractive?Sure, some of them. I mean, theres a lot of rich people out there. If I didnt have kids/a husband, I would preferentially marry a rich man versus a non-rich man. Obviously, though, other factors do matter. If hes abusive, or I gag at the smell of him, etc. Assuming hes a well-washed old dude with a lot of money, I'd marry him. I wouldn't just have sex with him though, much more attractive men out there to have a ONS with. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/12/18 04:36 PM
Sex in a marriage is a mandatory part of the deal. So you want duty sex, huh? What about the rest.Sex plays a vital role in a relationship/marriage, as does emotional support. Dont marry someone if you dont want to fulfill both of those needs, even if that comes at an expense to you sometimes. If a man (or woman) completely disengages with the marriage and his wife, and expects sex, then he's in the wrong. That said, most issues with men wanting sex in a marriage doesn't come from that. At least, not in my experience. I feel like this post is just OP saying "well you should be all fair". And… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/12/18 04:29 PM
Q4Women: What are your views on "woke" men?I really dont get along with people who use the "feminist terms" seriously (I dont really know another way to describe it). I married a man who doesnt agree explicitly with my politics, but we agree insofar as "wokeness" goes. We both think its bullshit. So, I'd prefer they just go away. Along with all the woke everyone. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/12/18 09:51 PM
What kind of changes will happen in society if financial abortion became legal? If financial abortions were legal and accepted as an option by society, here's what I'd guess would happen: There would be less unwanted children born. Less women would become single mothers, and thus, less children would be raised in single-parent households without active fathers. If no one is going to help you raise a child, and you cant get child support, those women who might've had a child wouldn't. There would be less unpaid child support. I'd wager that the majority of unpaid or underpai… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/11/18 10:15 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!I, too, cannot take hormonal birth control. That doesnt mean the vast majority of women can't. Women also want to have condomless sex. Women also participate in the unprotected sex. Women have a way to give up responsibility for their bad actions. Men don't. It's not equal. You're talking about unprotected sex as though it's all the men forcing women to have them without a condom, or tricking them, and then they have to suffer for their irresponsibility. If men dont get a choice, women shouldn't… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/11/18 01:25 AM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!I'm in the US, I do admit I dont know much about how the UK government works. But my husband and I pay child support, and I promise you, she gets every dime of it. However, in his situation it's a bit different. I also agree that people shouldn't be running around having unprotected sex, and (at least here) better sex education would help that! But it wont stop the problem. People will have unprotected sex, condoms will break, birth control will fail. After that, do you really think the vast maj… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 11:21 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!I never said the majority of people who get abortions are single women. I never said women dont have contraceptive choices, in fact, they have more! The discussion leaned towards single women because it was easy to demonstrate why it would be useful. However, if male legal abortions were a thing, I'd wager the rate of single women getting abortions would also increase. We're not really discussing who gets more abortions, or why. Just what would happen if men could legally seperate themselves fro… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 11:06 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!Maybe women should just keep their legs closed, then we wouldnt have single mothers. :D Obviously, people arent going to stop having sex. It feels good. So, why do women get all the choice as to what happens with a pregnancy? Why are men literally at the whim of said women? Like, I get it, you probably know some single mothers, or you can just think of some who would be fucked over by something like this existing. But there are also fathers out there who are significantly more fucked over than s… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 10:56 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!Okay, so we dont need abortion because a woman can get her tubes tied? Also, vasectomies reverse all the time. And that's not a solution for not wanting to be a father after the sex just before. On top of that, at least here, no urologist would give my husband one until he had more than one kid, they wanted 2 or more, along with him being older. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 09:26 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!I'm actually quite surprised. I figured PPD would be pretty on board with it. But thank you~ | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 07:21 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father! We do. But with that idea in mind, it's a sad situation too when a woman aborts a child that the man wanted. That's not to say I'm not pro-choice, I am, but we have to acknowledge that we currently dont give men any choice in the matter of becoming fathers, at least after the sex has occurred. We give that entire choice, the creation of a new person, to the woman. It's a sad fact that men dont really have many options for avoiding pregnancy. Yes, they can use condoms, but we have terrible sex ed… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 07:19 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!Yeah, I'd agree with the statement that society would just never really accept it. Or, if they did, it would take a long time. I wish we could accept it as a viable alternative, I do genuinely believe it would benefit a society to have it, as that society would disincentivize having a child outside of a committed relationship. Basically, a man wouldn't likely want a child that was being born to a one night stand, and a woman who would have no support from him, financially or otherwise, wouldnt l… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 07:09 PM
Consenting to sex is not consenting to being a father!I agree with the basic statement, "consent to sex is not consent to pregnancy/reproduction". That's why I think abortions should be easily and safely accessible. I also believe the same should be offered for men. A "legal abortion" or other term to give up all parental rights and responsibilities, within a reasonable time frame of finding out about the pregnancy/child. Along with that, he'd pay a set cost that would be associated with getting an abortion. Then hes done. That would probably decre… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/11/18 04:24 PM
How do you mate guard? The best way to "mate guard" is to be the best mate you can be. Give them good sex, be a good person, and be confident/decisive but also not a controlling psychopath. But yes, I have done petty things in the past, usually that would worsen my relationship with my partner, all while trying to prove that the other person isnt good. It's a bad rabbit hole to fall down in. If you asked my husband, his reason for never leaving is because child support would cost an arm and a leg lol | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/11/18 02:45 AM
what does sex "mean" to you?I will point out that just because the sex has a different meaning doesnt mean the sex in and of itself physically changed. While I do agree AF/BB is a thing, I've worked hard to make sure it's not a thing with us. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/11/18 04:15 AM
what does sex "mean" to you?I'm a woman, first off. I used to consider sex as a way to feel happy. I would go out and fuck random people just so I could feel less depressed, or less alone. I ended up with a high N count and very low self esteem. The "sex is love/happiness" vibe has continued until recently. Now sex is still loving, and sweet, but it's also about appreciation, respect, and forming a deeper bond with my husband. It means more now than it ever has. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 02/11/18 12:49 AM
