People arent giving you straight answers so I will. Hard spar at most 2-4 times a month. You can do light/technical sparring maybe 3x a week. Remember that the sparring that matters the most is the light technical sparring, because thats where you learn. Hard sparring is for applying what you learned in a high pressure environment. Therefore hard sparring does not need to be done all the time. Also remember that too much hard sparring can and will increase your chances of brain damage. Work smar…

Yeah man dont be friends with her. I would seriously advice you to work on yourself right now. This includes talking to alot of women to develop your game I guess, and if you have money, date multiple women.
